Balanced diet

We can improve and improve our health with the help of a balanced diet. Add healthy foods to your routine to reduce your liver fat. Consume natural foods that include fruits (apples, citrus, data palm, watermelons, and bananas) and vegetables (sweet potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and cabbage).   • Reduce the consumption of sweets, rice, white bread, and bakery products.
  • The consumption of meat should also be very less.
