Suggestion therapy: In this therapy , the patient becomes hypnotized , but accepts all the surgery given by the doctor. This therapy is used in sleep as well as quitting smoking, skip nail biting etc. Sajjan therapy also relieves pain.

Analysis: In analysis, the patient is taken to the Relax State. This is done to correct sleeping disorder.

In addition, sleep hypnosis is performed in several sessions:

1. The patient is made comfortable in the first session. So that it prepares for the next session.

2. He is then recited to the verbal sound , in which he is asked to keep all his concerns on the side.

3. On hearing the verbal sound, the patient slowly starts to relax. During this time the Conscious Mind calms down and the Subcontinent Mind becomes active.

4. The patient is then asked to take long breaths, which makes him feel relieved.

5. Then, Sajjan therapy is used. During this the therapist instructs the patient to sleep and the patient falls asleep in deep sleep.
