Good morning friends. Hope you’ve had a. Great weekend and we are already starting to have a great day and a great week. Let’s jump into the reading:

Our first card is the Seven of Pentacles. We see a man standing in a garden with some gardening tools. Seven pentacles are growing on a bush or vine, and the man is looking at the pentacles growing in his garden.

As the card that represents today, this card tells me that something is growing. Maybe we’ve started a project, and now that project is starting to brow and blossom. Someday, we’ll see the fruits of the work we’ve put into it. I’ve always thought that was an exciting place to be. Just being able to see the results of your work, no matter how small, means you’re doing something right. You are on the path, and you must keep doing what you’re doing. But this card also shows a man taking a break to admire things. It shows us that occasionally we might take breaks to admire our work. However, we do need to continue to work to nurture and grow this thing we’re working on. Our next card has something to say about that.

The advice card in this spread is The Empress. She sits on a very comfortable-looking chair. Her robes have fruit on them. She holds a scepter in her right hand, covering her crown in stars. There is a stone heart on the ground next to her, symbolizing Venus.

The Empress is the goddess of fertility. She represents Venus and all women. She is a mother and a caretaker. A nurturer. She is the great mother, the mother of all mothers. She can also be seen as Mother Earth as well. But you get the idea. This card being our advice card today, tells us to nurture the project or thing we’ve been working on. Give it lots of love and all of the right ingredients to make it grow big and strong. Things will work out if you continue to do what you’re doing. These two cards can also tell us that there’s a little time to step back and admire what we’ve started, but you also have to actively continue to work on it for it to be what it will become. It’s up to us to make it work and to continue to make it work.

I’m continuing to keep the takeaway card fade down in my readings so that it won’t distract us from the message of the first two cards. Similar to reading the ending of a book. Sometimes the ending can spoil it. So I like to keep this card face down until We get through the other two cards.

Our takeaway card for today is the Seven of Swords. Another seven. Sevens are about conflict. In the seven of pentacles, we have a guy admiring the garden, HE’s taking a break for a moment, but he’ll soon have to get back to work. The conflict in the seven swords is the thief that comes and steals something. We see a man carrying five swords, who seems to be sneaking away. He’s on his tiptoes, and he’s looking back with a grin on his face. He leaves two of the swords behind. If no one sees him, he might get away with it.

The swords represent our conscious minds. Our ideas and thoughts. And so this card is a warning to be wary of those who might steal our ideas. Perhaps you have a co-worker inching on your territory. Maybe someone is looking for a way up and doesn’t care how they do it. Sometimes the motives of others we know can be veiled. Sometimes people aren’t as trustworthy as you think. So be on the lookout for anyone who might steal your ideas. Or perhaps this card is asking us to be careful with our thoughts and ideas. Otherwise, someone might take them and use them for whatever purpose they see fit. Better to protect them than leave them where they could be taken or used against us later. As our takeaway card, this isn’t telling us that this will happen. It is simply asking us to think about this idea today. To think about how we care for and treat our thoughts.

Thanks for reading today. If you enjoyed this or if it resonated with you, please leave a comment. If it didn’t resonate with you, perhaps you know someone who might benefit from this message. Please share it with them. Thanks again for reading, and have a great day!
