Have you ever stopped to think about what you are doing when you are outside walking? If you stop to really think about it then there will be a time when you realize how relaxed you have become after a long walk. There are different kinds of meditation in the world today that not everybody knows about. I would like to walk through a meditation discussion with you. I know, you are looking at the words and wondering how is it possible to walk while doing meditation? I am about to tell you how this works while you are walking about.

This walk will start by first doing a few breathing exercises. Find a quiet spot to go to close your eyes then taking a deep breath in. Hold your breath for about 30 seconds then slowly let it out while opening your eyes. Repeat this step at least five times before moving on to the next step. On the last breath put your headphones on to play a song that you find relaxing to listen to during your meditation. If you prefer quiet this will work too. Let your eyes focus now on all that surrounds you. Really take everything in to sync yourself with the world around you. Let the sounds pull you into the scene that is in front of you. Let us begin the journey to a stress-free meditation. Before taking that first step allow your mind to run out whatever is running around inside of your mind. Do this by allowing your mind to rant for a few minutes. Imagine that each stressful thought that passes through your mind is walking out on a leaf and just floating away.

Let yourself now take the first steps on the path that your mind is going to take you on. As you are walking around taking in all the scenes that you are passing. Take time to allow yourself to really become one with yourself and all that surrounds you. Make sure to remember to breathe in and out. Occasionally take the time to take a deep breath in then let it out. Let yourself feel as your body and nature start to combine into one. Feel your feet as they follow nature's song down the walkways. Let your hands move like the wind that is flowing around you. Allow yourself to become like a wolf searching for something. As your eyes adjust to become like the paint looking out from the painting. Once you have fully become the wolf and the paint then you know that the meditation is working. Allow yourself to become the air passing around everything. Allow yourself to become the grass and the dirt below your feet. Slowly become all that surrounds you. Keep walking until you feel that you have become a part of everything.

As you feel your legs begin to tire go just a little further. Stop after going a little longer to do the breathing step again. Let the heaviness that your legs are feeling fall away. You can now begin to allow yourself to come back to the world with the feeling that everything is clean. The screen should no longer be smudged and the stress gone with the wind. This is a process that you are able to repeat more than once. At the end of the entire journey, all the stress that was there before the journey began should have faded away. This is a mediation done at any speed. The slow parts can just be done slower instead of at a very low paced slower speed. I hope that you have enjoyed your journey and remember there can always be adjustments made if need be.
