Arbonne Essentials: Product Review

The Daily Protein Boost is amazing for anyone who is vegan, vegetarian, or simply does not get enough protein in their diet. It is recommended that men have 56 grams of protein per day, and that women have 46 grams of protein per day. I find it difficult to make sure I am eating enough protein on a daily basis, and this has helped me a lot! I'll mix it into my morning coffee, salad dressings, pasta sauces, or add to the protein shakes I have when I (actually) get to the gym. The Daily Protein Boost comes in flavors, but also has the option of no flavor (which is what I chose in order to have more options of what I could mix it in). It has 10 grams of plant-based protein, and is low on calories, grams of fat, and trans fat. An added bonus of the product is that it makes whatever you are eating or drinking more filling! I love to add this to my morning coffee because I am not a big breakfast eater and this helps me avoid a mid-morning grumbling stomach.

I completely recommend these products, especially to anyone who lives a very busy lifestyle. Having the Fit Chews handy is now an essential for me on workdays, both for the boost of energy they provide and for keeping my hunger at bay (no one likes to get hangry!). The Daily Protein Boost has also become an essential product for me and has made the world of difference to my overall health. I have actually noticed a significant shift in my overall health after incorporating these two products into my daily routine.
