Water, as we all are aware is an essential part of our every day lives. Without it would we would die clearly. But as alkalized water becomes more and more popular through not only Kangen Water machines and different brand of water ionizers. Bottled alkalized water sold in the store bottled typically purified after being drew from the source. Either way, it has become more and more popular. But why?

There is more behind the health benefits of it including how different phs levels can serve us as well. Like water with the ph of 7, it is essential for our well being and health. It is neutral and contains neither acidity or alkalinity. But for all of us who like working out we also like more hydration! Which is one of many benifits that alkaline water has on our health.

The best alkaline for our health and well being between 8 or 9 for us drank in moderation. Different levels of ph serve different purposes. 8.8 alkaline water being the type that can help the body prevent certain diseases and acid reflux because it nuturalizes acid in the blood stream. While acidic ph level is unwanted in our diet etc. Different ph levels of water can be used for the sake of cleaning, or even toning our skin.

Neutral as well as alkaline water are benificial for our health. The rest being the ph we do not want typically. For example if you have a kangen machine or other machines which filters your water and you can set which ph level you want. Depending on what purpuse that it will serve.

I personally do not have a water alkalizer but why not pass on the knowledge? As we see bottled alkaline water from gas stations, general stores and groceries stores it is everywhere.

Naturally alkalized comes from streams and springs. 8.88 water that comes naturally from Iceland is typically sold at the store and gas stations. Being the best kind of alkalized water for drinking and easier than alkalized water that is made through a process or machine unless you have one or are aware of someone who does.

Real alkaline water has natural nutritional value. When it flows over water it is filled with minerals. When made unnaturally it is through a process called electrolysis. Which is water that is alkalized through a chemical process. But if we have too much of it than it can decrease our bone density, where if we have the proper amount it will do the complete opposite. For one health benifit of alkaline water is the ability it has of fighting osteoporosis.

It also has a high content level of magnesium, calcium and potassium. Not to mention the bi carbonates and other trace minerals as well.

The normal level of ph found in water essential for every day life is 7. And when drank in moderation alkaline water, like ph level 8-9.5 can have positive effects, but when drank too often can have negative side effects, like anything, too much of it is a bad thing. 8.8 level alkalized water can help the body prevent acid reflux as it helps the body maintain a healthy gut.

Acid or Alkalized goes from 1 to 14 on a scale. 7 being neutral being neither charged negatively or positively and the ph level of water. The level of which ph is 7 is essential water for everyday life. For example have you ever wondered what kind of things are in the fruits and vegetables you eat? Do not get me wrong eating them is better than not, but you would be surprised what comes out of them when they are soaked in 11.5 ph water. Because that is stuff we intake even in vegetables and fruits that are organic.

The alkilinity pulls out the pesticides and chemicals and is far more effective than merely washing the surface of them with water, or soap and water.

Although plastic and water is not good for the body it is also not good for the environment. Which we produce through drinking bottled water, etc. One of the many reasons I wish I had a machine because I could drink it with a mason jar, a juice jar, or anything glass I could recycle and use again that I can close made of glass, over and over. Without ever putting the plastic in the environment, which I would not buy in the first place!

Drinking alkaline water is good for people and when people make and collect their own it is good for the environment as well. Because it decreases the amount of plastic put in the earth! Less need for bottled water, means less plastic waste contributed from the sales of bottled water.
