The small portion plate

You’re probably wondering how it’s possible to stop yourself from picking up that chocolate you bought last night, sitting on the sofa and binge over some series well I’ll tell you how can lose 3 pounds minimum per week with the same meals you eat per day.

• In the image is what I eat from time to time, chicken and vegetable rice which literally just took me 30 minutes to make with meals like this I like to have small portions as the bigger the plate the more you put on weight and having a large plate of food you may even not finish is just going to make you too full and feel bloated whereas a smaller portion of food won’t leave you extremely full and make you feel like you’re still not hungry as it’s all about balance.

1. So the first step would be to decrease your portions of food regardless of what it is and overtime your body will become used to the small portions you intake which can have you feeling fine for several hours.

2. The second step is to try add as much Vegatables to your plate as much as you can. Now I know I’m not no diet expert but I know from my experience from losing weight that having vegetable on the side on in your meal aids weightloss quite a lot. If you’re a person who doesn’t enjoy vegetables too much you can always just stick to the lesser portions your body should still do the same.

3. Water breaks, having a sip of water between your meal really helps your body to break down and digest food as you eat a lot quicker slowing down the process of weight gain rather than waiting until your meal is down to chug down a whole glass which also causes bloated ness try after every 2-3 spoons to have a sip of water and after a meal try to have a piece of fruit as fruit have natural sugars that are good for the body.

4. This is going to be a hard one but try to reduce the amount of sugary drink you intake and I say this is difficult because being at home not being able to leave your home will only have you looking for things to eat and drink additionally the body naturally craves sugary substances so instead of reaching for a can of energy drink or can of coke try and discipline yourself by having a glass of water. Flavored water and low-sugared dilute is a great substitute for those extremely sugary drinks, Also aim to drink no less that two bottles of water a day even though it will have you visiting the toilet quick frequently your body will also be getting rid of waste and inner body toxins.

5. Aim to try out home work outs on YouTube or even make up your own workouts if you have stairs try running up and down the stairs for 10 minutes, if you have a corridor try jog up and down it for half an hour or more and if you know any other workouts you can do at home try them for 30 minutes minimum a day and as days go by you will start to see them pounds shred off of your body rapidly.

6. Lastly, stop eating late at night! Eating at night is the worse part of binge eating as when you eat during those hours the body is already preparing itself for rest so when you eat late it’s harder for the digestive system to digest food faster than it usually would causing you to gain twice as much weight as you would during the day and stopping yourself from eating after a certain time for example passed 10pm, that time till when you wake up is basically a fasting window making the body substitute and use calories for fuel aiding weightloss!!

This is my 6 healthy ways of losing weight at home very quickly and for me following these steps had me losing 5 pounds minimum per week! If you do find these steps a bit of a challenge you can start small by following them only a few times a week instead of 7, but please as the weeks go by please feel free to share your results so I can share more of mine!!
