5 Ways Anyone Can Improve Their Health

Simple changes

Making healthier choices is actually a lot easier then most people think. You don’t have to starve, or eat nothing but bone broth. There are ways to simply adjust what you put in your body to help keep down inflammation and just in general be more satisfying to your body. So here we go..

1. Ditch American Gluten

Notice that I said American. In America, wheat is extremely processed. It is sprayed with many chemicals and then once ground it is again soaked in chemicals to make it more airy and appealing. This is incredibly hard for your body to break down, it doesn’t know what to do. This leads to constipation, head aches, bloating, cramps, and even some internal bleeding. Yuck! I’ve been there, and experienced these things personally. But the good news is, there is an awesome alternative sold at most stores. It’s called einkorn. Einkorn is imported from Italy Andy is completely safe. Literally all it is, is what wheat is supposed to be, naturally. You can cook with it in place of normal flour and it will help tremendously if you struggle with gluten.

2. Take Juice Plus

Juice Plus is a company that turns fruits and vegetables into powder so that it is possible to take +30 fruits and veggies everyday. Why would you want this? Because humans need about 16 servings of this a day, but most don’t even eat one. This is a very easy way to balance out your food table and it boosts your immune system (who doesn’t need that right now, am I right?), and gives you energy. They also have a spectacular protein powder! If that sounds like something you would like, please feel free to email me at [email protected].

3. Drink Smoothies

Smoothies are the best way to get nutrition and feel full if you are trying to loose weight, or even just in general. I like to start my morning with a smoothie that is

1 1/2 bananas

1 large spoonful PB

1 scoop Juice Plus Vanilla Protein Powder

2cups Whole Milk

It tastes like a milkshake! It’s amazing, very filling , and guiltless!

4. Cut Out Hydrogenated Oils

There are companies that make their cookies, PB, Ice Cream, TV dinners, etc. without hydrogenated oils, and I definitely recommend choosing those. The reason for that being, just like your body can’t handle the highly processed flour that we spoke of earlier, it can’t take these oils. They are man made and were never intended to be ingested. These oils have been linked to loss of brain activity, cancer, and altzimers. What’s more, MSG tricks your brain into thinking that you are never full, you can always eat just a little more, preferably very sugary things. Basically I’m saying that this thing is a beast and the last thing you won’t near you if you are trying to lose weight. But thank God, thier are other options out there.

5. Trade out name brand cleaners.

Most households have your basic cleaners in them. Bleach, windex, ammonia, and the like. These are fine and dandy to get the job done but the give you a headache until the fumes go away and you can’t be around it for long. My family and I use a natural path cleaner called Thieves. It’s from an essential oil company called Young Living. They send you packets of Thieves concentrate that you mix with water in a spray bottle. This can be use to clean your windows, the bathroom, furniture, your car, mop the floor, and kill bugs on your pets. It kills 99.9% of germs and is as safe as it gets, because it’s not a chemical, it’s made from plants and it smells amazing! We will never go back.

I hope these tips and tricks were helpful to you! And again if you have any health related questions or you would like to order some Juice Plus, that email is [email protected] Thanks Friends!
