the healthiest way to eliminate toxins easy

By Maria Ostasevici Published 3 years ago 3 min read

Chaotic lifestyle, living in a polluted environment, eating foods rich in chemicals (already famous E's) and addictions lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body, says Professor Mencinicopschi. Naturally, the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs and skin are responsible for removing toxins from the body. If, however, the amount of toxins is too high, then they can no longer cope and it means that you must take action.

Signs you need detoxification

*Tiredness, drowsiness, waking up hard in the morning

*Anxiety, depression, nervousness, concentration problems

*Whitish deposits on the tongue

*Strong-smelling feces

*Appetite for sweet, salty, spicy, fatty

*Digestive problems and intestinal transit

*Weight issues

*Acne, irritated and dull skin, cellulite, brittle and dull hair.

You don't have to complicate yourself, but rely on greens, vegetables and fruits. What does a 3-day detox look like and what should you eat at every meal?

3-day detoxification: basic rules

Eat simple and healthy! Eliminate meat, fish, seafood, dairy products, eggs, sweet and savory processed foods, fast food, fried foods, alcohol, caffeine, sugar and gluten from your diet.

Drink fresh vegetable juices, greens and fruits twice a day! A glass of freshly squeezed juice from many vegetables, greens and fruits (try to put more vegetables and greens) is essential for the body, because this way you make sure that you provide a lot of nutrients.

Watch out for snacks! Rely on raw nuts and seeds, hydrated overnight in water, as they provide a lot of magnesium.

Add fresh and colorful ingredients to the menu! Vegetables, greens and various fruits, as well as legumes (peas, beans, chickpeas, lentils) provide a significant intake of vitamins and minerals that nourish the body and promote the elimination of toxins.

Use spices with a detoxifying effect! Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, spirulina and lemons are known for their detoxifying effect and are worth including in as many dishes as possible.

Increases fiber intake, because they speed up the elimination of toxins! Include in your menu: chia seeds, ground flax seeds, greens, broccoli and oranges.

Drink two liters of water a day! Add lemon, chia seeds, turmeric, ginger and grapefruit to the water if you want it to taste. Also consume unsweetened herbal teas.

Eat healthy fats! Olive oil, coconut, flax, cold pressed avocado, pumpkin / sunflower seeds and walnuts should be on your menu.

Don't skip meals! It is important to have a strict meal schedule that you should follow.

Start the day with meditation and yoga! Five minutes of meditation and 15 minutes of yoga can help you get rid of stress and focus more easily on daily tasks.
