3-day detoxification: basic rules

Drink fresh vegetable juices, greens and fruits twice a day! A glass of freshly squeezed juice from many vegetables, greens and fruits (try to put more vegetables and greens) is essential for the body, because this way you make sure that you provide a lot of nutrients.

Here's what you need to eat every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Awakening juice from: 4 carrots, 1 beetroot, 1 lemon or 1 apple. Put them through a juicer and you can double the portion to have in the fridge for lunch or evening.
Breakfast
A creamy smoothie made in a blender with: a celery stick, 1/2 cup greens (spinach, mint, beetroot leaves, salad), 1/2 apple or 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup fresh pineapple , 1 teaspoon spirulina, 1 small cucumber, 1 squeezed lemon, 2 Brazil nuts and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Garnish the smoothie with chia seeds and consume it all.
Lunch
A large salad with: an avocado, 1 cucumber, 1/2 cup raw broccoli florets, 1 cup baby spinach or kale, 1 cup parsley, 1/2 cup red cabbage, 1/2 cup brown rice , 1/4 cup baked nuts. The dressing is made of: 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 squeezed lemon and a little grated ginger.
Snack
A small handful of raw nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds) that need to be soaked in water for a few hours. Keep a jar of water and a nut / seed mix in the fridge so you have them on hand when you need a snack.
Dinner
