With a visit to a superfood cafe, I rekindled an interest in herbs and raw food. I stared at the menu dazzled by the array of herbal juices and vegetables offered.
A friend says, “Your awareness is far greater than anything else.” So I tapped into the infinite knowing of my body and asked, “Body, what would you like to eat?” I ordered a kale shake.
If I get sick, I’ll usually go to a health food store and use a muscle testing technique to determine which homeopathic remedy my body requires. How does it get even easier?
Sometimes a vitamin mineral or herb will help the body heal. Some people require a combination of vitamins, superfoods and a prescription medication from their doctor. What else is possible?
