Truly our health is wealth in life. But, often, we don’t realize what we have until it’s gone.
Here are some ways to grow the health you have or attract the health you need.
1. Get The Sun In Daily
Getting a daily dose of sunshine will set your Circadian Rhythm and help you sleep better.
The sun helps your body produce vitamin D, which is important for strong bones and a healthy immune system.
There are so many benefits to getting the sun in daily! Just thirty minutes of daily sunshine does wonders for your mood, and gives you more energy.
The sun can also help to clear up acne and other skin conditions. So, don’t forget to get your daily dose of vitality.
2. Focus On Nutrient Dense Foods
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” ~Hippocrates
Food is like fuel for the body. If you want to perform optimally, fight disease and extend your lifespan, you have to choose food wisely.
Cut out seed oils and sugary foods. Focus more on whole foods. Choose Organic if possible and eliminate eating junk.
Nutrient dense foods help maintain a healthy weight, as they are typically lower in calories and fat.
Eating a diet rich in nutrient dense foods helps to improve your mood, increase your energy levels, and stabilize your blood sugar levels.
Lastly, nutrient dense foods are often more filling than other types of foods, so you may find yourself eating less overall and feeling satisfied for longer periods of time.
3. Hydration
Get a water filter that will filter out your daily drinking water. Avoid Bottled water because it contains microplastics.
It is suggested to get a glass or stainless steel bottle to carry water and use clay pots at home to store it.
There are many benefits to staying hydrated, including improved brain function, increased energy levels, and flushing out toxins from the body.
Drinking plenty of water can also help to prevent headaches, and alleviate muscle cramps and soreness.
4. Meditate Daily
Meditation is a game changer for focus, boosting your mood and taking time for internal reflection.
Start with committing to just a few minutes a day and increase each week.
Meditation is also incredible for anti-aging and skin aging.

8. Do Something That Challenges You

Having disciplined habits can reduce inflammation in the brain and also increase Dopamine which is also called the “motivation molecule”.
One of the things I love that builds my brain is playing Sudoku. Playing puzzles like this are like food for your mind. Bread for the head they say.
Working out both hemispheres of the brain to maximize your capacity for growth and accomplishment.
It's good to push yourself outside of your comfort zone every once in a while.
Challenging yourself forces you to grow and learn new things.
It also helps you to become more resilient and adaptable.
Doing something that challenges you is a healthy habit that everyone should adopt.
9. Go to Bed Early

Don’t let Netflix or Social Media steal your sleep.
Deep sleep boosts cognition, physical performance and overall health.

It is a very healthy habit to go to bed early because you are able to get a full night’s rest.
This allows your body to recharge and repair itself overnight, which is essential for good health.
Additionally, going to bed early means you are more likely to wake up early, and getting up early has a whole host of health benefits.
10. Focus On Your Breath
This is absolutely free and the most simple tool that you can use anywhere and anytime.
Just breathe deep and it makes a whole lot of difference.
You can use your breath to energize your cells, your body or just relax and put it into a parasympathetic state.
Things start to feel alright when we are not stuck in fight-or-flight.
When you focus on your breath, you are training your mind to be more present and aware.
This can help you to be more in control of your thoughts and emotions, and can lead to a more calm and peaceful state of mind.
Breathing deeply also helps to oxygenate your blood and can improve your overall physical health.
