What is the difference between those who hit Burnout, and those who Consistently Move Toward Goals?

The difference ends up being Energy.

Now, I'm not talking about some supernatural force that we can't understand.

No.

Rather, I'm talking about the Physical Energy our bodies use which our Mitochondria generate called ATP, or more appropriately it is Mg-ATP.

How much we have, or don't have ends up Determining whether we will end up closer to our Goals, or Further.

When we have plenty of Mg-ATP while moving toward our Goals, we will find that our Goals feel like they are within our reach.

On the other hand, if we Fail to have enough Mg-ATP while moving toward our Goals, and still Push, we will eventually end up in Burnout.

Now, there is a slight secret that works in tandem with this necessary aspect of Human Psychophysiology.

See, True Success comes from Consistent Results over time.

But how do you Create Consistent Results when you Fail to have enough Mg-ATP?

Where most people go wrong is that they Stop doing whatever Creates Results when they don't have enough Energy.

By doing this, You Disrupt the Consistency which ends up setting you back.

But if you don't have enough Energy then how do you Stay Consistent?

The key to this Dilemma is having Minimums.

See, if you have something you do that Creates Results, you must know what your Minimum is for Progress that you can do even in the worst-case scenarios.

Trust me, the worst-case scenarios will eventually happen, often when you are not expecting them.

For instance, something I do for Consistent Results is to Write a Daily Article.

I have until Midnight to Write, Edit, and Publish each Article.

Now, on great days when I have a Lot of Energy and plenty of Time, I have been able to pull out a 2000-Word Article.

My average as of late is closer to 900-Word Articles though with the various happenings of Life.

However, my Minimum is "Much" Lower.

Only 250-Words.

How often do I Write a 250-Word Essay?

Honestly it has been quite some time.

But the Minimum Accomplishes a few things.

When your Energy is Low, your Desire to do Large Activities will become either Zero or Nearly Zero.

But the Minumum is a way to Circumvent a need for Desire.

This does a Fascinating second Benefit.

By Lowering the Minimum to Meet your current Stressors, it can help Unlock Flow States instead of pushing you into Dis-Stress.

In Dis-Stress, we move closer to Burnout.

However, by Lowering the Stressors with an Incredibly Easy Minimum, you end up making Flow more Accessible.

This becomes more Powerful because Flow States allow us to Work Significantly Faster and Better.

When I started Writing, I thought that 250-Words would be a Challenge, but now that I've Found my Flow State, I'm at nearly 500-Words without "Any" Struggle.

That's the Power of the Flow State.

However, the Most Important thing about this is that you Maintain Consistency.

See, Habits are built through Consistency.

The more we Do something, the Faster it becomes a Habit.

Habits are a Double Benefit when they move us toward our Goals.

One Reason is, of course, because they Consistently Move us Toward Our Goals.

The Second Reason though is that when something Becomes a Habit, it Requires "Less" Energy.

As we do something again, and again, and again, the Body creates better Networks to do that Task faster, with better Results, and Less Mg-ATP!

So, you use these Minimums as a way to set your Body and Energy up for the Success We Seek!

Which is something I needed for today!

I've been in the Process of Moving, and it did "Not" go according to plan!

Such is Life at times, and now I still have Moving to Accomplish, and 3 Miles to Run for "30 For The Kids" in a new neighborhood which will be Interesting.

Plus finishing getting this Article done and Published, all on Less Energy than I normally have.

But it is alright, because I hit my Minimum, got my Flow State, and Continue to Build the Habit that Moves Me Toward My Goals!

The Best part is that "Anyone" can do this toward their Goals.

This is just an Incredibly Amazing Aspect of Human Psychophysiology which Anyone Can Accomplish!

Here's to Your Success!

Want to Change The World?

I am on a mission to show that when "We" work together, We "Can" Change The World!

There is currently a competition for Mr. Health and Fitness 2024 with a prize of $20,000.

Which is How "You" Help Change The World!

I have plans to use 100% of the Prize to support 3rd Party Verified Projects around the World that address the Most Critical Ecosystem Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

At a minimum, my Goal is to accomplish:

  • 10,000 m2 of Habitats Protected for Critically Endangered Species
  • 56,000 Plastic Bottles Removed from Our Oceans
  • 500,000 m2 of Coral Reef Restoration
  • 1,000,000 Miles of Car Emissions Removed

However, I can "only" do this with "Your" Help!

Together, we can accomplish Incredible things in the World, and I want to show Everyone the Power of that!

I humbly ask you to join me, and Vote to Make the World Better!

I wish you all the best with your move! And yes, when something becomes a habit, it definitely requires lesser energy.
