(A long belated thank you to "Sneakers" (1992) for that one!)Make good use of the Calendar function on my phone and begin scheduling things ahead of time. (I had an important committment at 6 this morning and was forty-five minutes late due to having not set my alarm last night!! I didn't even cross my mind!)Commit to saving $1 a week and not touching it again until some year+ later date ($52 net earnings over a year is better than none...and likely far less than the total gains will amount to by that time!!)Generally conditioning my caffeine consumption toward a single cup of coffee in the morning, and drinking tea as its replacement throughout the day. (Also working in drinking more water as well, of course...)

Speaking to myself: Reminding my soul: Revival: You’re not in this world to change others, you’re in this world to change yourself. Your focus is not to be on others, but on yourself to learn, grow, build, care for self, and live a life that is wanted from the standards of self (we lose our individualized standards as we compare ourselves to others.) With that (focusing on your own behavior and growth) you will learn to love others, respect others, help others, understand others, and be 1 with others (instead of focusing on how others need to change/grow, you’re too busy focusing on yourself — realizing that we have a hard time controlling ourselves and there is no place for us to judge others.)

Remember the Eighties? OMG. Where Did Time Go?
Memories. Where do they come from? Chemicals in our brains tell us hazy stories about how things were NOT. It is like dreams---a fragmented pseudo-recollection completely off in comparison. But at least those are dreams. Memories play games with our minds. We romanticise a reality we think we lived, but it's just that, a fantasy tale, not a true-to-form recollection. It feels good to think of them in a brighter light. Who knows how we felt at that moment, but it wasn’t how we remember it today.
