As a medical doctor, I have a busy schedule with only one vacation per year. With the COVID pandemic, traveling was not possible for the last two years. However, in 2022, I finally got the chance to visit Paris, the city of love and lights, after a long wait of three years. I decided to take this trip with my best friend and her sister. We took a layover flight at Emirates for 3 hours, which took about 14 hours from Bangkok to Paris. As soon as we landed, the first step in Paris made me feel over the moon. I so enjoyed the cold wind and the cold atmosphere that I had missed so much.

We stayed in Paris for 6 days, and we made sure to make the most out of our trip. On the first day, we went to Paris and the outlet store and the galleries Lafayette, which is a famous shopping center. We also had lunch in le relays de entrecôte, a famous steakhouse that serves only steak and fries. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely.

.Disney Land Paris

On the second day, we went to Disney land Paris. I have always dreamt of visiting all the Disney lands in the world, and Disney land Paris was the first one on my list. Disney land is always a magical place that brings out the child in you. We had an amazing time and enjoyed all the rides and attractions.

.O coffee

On the third day, we planned to visit some tourist spots. But unfortunately, Paris had a strike, and all the public transport was not served. So we had to use uber or go everywhere on foot. We started our day by visiting the cozy brunch cafe near our hotel named o coffee. The cafe was lovely, and the food was delicious. But then, we faced an unexpected hurdle. The uber that we took had a terrible smell in the car, which made our 20-minute ride the longest 20 minutes of our lives. When we finally arrived at the Palais Royal Paris, it was closed! We couldn't believe it. However, we decided to walk around and explore the area, and we stumbled upon some lovely little cafes and shops.

.Montmartre

On the fourth day, we went to Montmartre, a cozy place for artists and tourists. We were warned about pickpockets, and we faced one of them. Luckily, I spotted them first, and they just walked away. We had an amazing lunch at Pink Mamma restaurant, which I had reserved one month earlier. The service, the food, and the view were all amazing. This restaurant is definitely worth melting for!

On the fifth day, we decided to visit all the tourist spots such as the Louvre Museum, Alexandre bridge, Arc de Triomphe, and Luxembourg Garden. We enjoyed exploring the history and beauty of Paris. We also had an amazing lunch at Kong Asian restaurant, which is located on the top floor of a building and offers a beautiful view of the city.

As the last day of our trip to Paris drew to a close, my friend and I decided to spend the evening relaxing at a local cafe near our hotel. We ordered a couple of glasses of wine and sat down to reminisce about our amazing trip, as well as catch up on each other's lives. It was a perfect way to end our trip to the City of Lights.

We talked about our relationship and how much we appreciated having each other as friends. We discussed our plans for the future and how we couldn't wait to come back to Paris soon. We both agreed that Paris is such a magical city, with so much to see and experience, that one trip is never enough.

As we sipped our wine and chatted, we couldn't help but feel grateful for this experience. We were able to take a break from our busy lives as medical professionals and explore a city that has captured the hearts of so many. We soaked up the Parisian atmosphere, tasted the delicious French cuisine, and indulged in the beauty and culture of this amazing city.

As the night grew late, we reluctantly finished our wine and said our goodbyes to the staff at the cafe. Walking back to our hotel, we felt content and grateful for this opportunity to travel and experience new things. We knew that this trip to Paris would always hold a special place in our hearts and we couldn't wait to return one day.

In conclusion, my trip to Paris was truly unforgettable. Despite the challenges of traveling during the pandemic, my friend and I were able to enjoy every moment of our time in this amazing city. From the delicious food to the stunning architecture and breathtaking views, every aspect of our trip was truly magical. I feel so fortunate to have been able to experience Paris with my friend and her sister, and I know that this trip will always hold a special place in my heart. I can't wait to return to this beautiful city soon and explore even more of what it has to offer.
