Do You Understand Enough As A Leader?

You Must Dig Deeper

There is One Question that I can ask you, as a Leader, to see how much you Truly Understand anything.

How?

For instance, you say you need to Improve your Team.

Awesome - that's True for you and EVERY other Leader in the Multiverse.

How?

How are you going to Improve your Team?

You might tell me something about certain Skills they need - that's a common one I hear.

Fantastic.

How are you going to get them those skills?

Most Leaders I find either don't answer the "How" question at all, or they don't answer it enough times to have a solid plan.

What is an Ideal number of times to answer the Question of How?

It will vary depending on the Complexity of different things, the number of different Potential Solutions you have, and if there are any Barriers, Challenges, or Obstacles that come up.

However, I find that a minimum of 7 times in a row is a good baseline to determine how much you Understand.

Really, you need to be able to answer the Question of "How" up until you have an Action you can Immediately Take that Directly Leads to the Goal(s) you desire.

If you can't take Action toward it Immediately, and you aren't certain how it will attain your Goals, you haven't Dug Deep enough.

You see this kind of thing happen all the time, both in Leadership and in Life.

For instance - we all "Understand" that we should Improve our Health.

We live in a Profoundly Sick Society with atrocious Health Habits that are absolutely Negatively Impacting our Work, Productivity, Offices, and Results.

There is no question about this - Trillions of dollars are wasted because of this Yearly, with Burnout being at the Top of Health Problems.

We're looking at 80% of Employees today who are experiencing Burnout.

I can almost guarantee that if I walk into your organization and talk to 10 people, I'll find at "least" 2 of them experiencing some form of Burnout.

In most Organizations it will be between 6 and 9 of those 10.

It's a problem in your Organization whether you Realize it or not, and whether your Data tracks it or not.

If you have Problems with Engagement, Creativity, Innovation, Problem-Solving, Insubordination, or Productivity then you likely have a Burnout Problem that is causing it.

How are you going to fix it?

Do you have a plan at all?

Most Leaders have NO plan.

If I'm "lucky", the Leader will say they are going to take some Wellness "Initiatives".

Great - How are you Implementing them?

How is it supposed to work?

How are you going to make sure it Works?

How is it going to Improve your Employee's Stress Thresholds?

How should it Impact your Customers and ROI?

How is it supposed to Impact Employees and Leadership in the Long Term?

How does that program help fix the Energy (Mg-ATP) Problem Employees with Burnout are having?

That is exactly 7 How Questions.

Can you answer them all?

Most Leaders won't be able to answer any of them.

The few that "have" a Wellness Plan will likely only be able to answer 2 or 3 of these How questions.

Nearly NONE of them will Truly understand the Impact the programs will have in ANY capacity.

I know this because 60% of Organizations either already are wasting money, or are preparing to waste money, on Etiquette Classes.

What will be the ROI on this?

When you understand Human Psychophysiology, specifically Neurocardiology, you'll understand these classes will have a Negative ROI Impact.

Is it going to help Employee's Stress Thresholds?

Absolutely not - if anything it will make it worse.

How is it going to Impact Employees in the Long Term?

It will teach them how to Not Disagree with Bad Ideas, put on a "Pretty Face", and at the end of the day will probably Empower those who are Actively Disengaged and who directly hurt ROI.

Does it do ANYTHING to Fix the Energy (Mg-ATP) Problem that Employees with Burnout Have?

No, and these classes will probably make it worse.

The fact is that if you don't Dig Deeper, you're not going to get the Results you need.

There's a Reason we are seeing most Organizations have the EXACT same Problems.

None of their Leaders are digging deep enough.

They throw one Band-Aid at the Problem, waste Ludicrous amounts of Time and Dollars, and then do it again.

And again.

And again.

Do you know what it's called when you do the Same Thing Repeatedly and get the Same Result, but Expect things to Change?

Insanity.

We are seeing the Results of Insanity through the Problems that the world of Business is facing today.

My Question to you...

How are you going to escape the Insanity?

For your final question, I have an answer but you wouldn't like it, lol. But it's a permanent solution 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Leadership is important. My complaint is 8 hours or more on the phone in a call center sitting all day and monitoring your employees on how many times one goes potty. This is macro management . Not cool. My niece works from home in a call center job 8 hours a day monitoring her from home. She's burned out.
