Have you noticed a strange phenomenon? We are surrounded by those honest and selfless "good colleagues" always in the unit of the grassroots, almost every year have merit qualifications, but can never go up a step, even the salary transfer is not always up, even if the increase is only a couple of hundred dollars, simply pathetic.

The smart people who are usually slick and like to "suck up" to the leaders, work less and get a quick promotion and pay rise. Even those who are relatively new in terms of length of service and qualifications are promoted faster than the honest ones. Sometimes I wonder if there is something wrong with the leader's eyes. Who is honest and willing to work? Can't you see who is being slick?

I had a chance to talk to a boss about this phenomenon, and the answer he gave broke my long-held notion.

One, honest people do not exist, easy to be ignored.

All honest people have a common point, that is, less talk, usually when the basic do not see this kind of people in front of everyone eloquent, more or silently stand aside to listen to other colleagues in that talk.

Even standing there to listen, is also inconspicuous. This is not bad, if the company meeting needs everyone to give advice, methods, strategies, looking for ideas, must be the usual those so-called toadying leadership of the smart people out of the ideas more.

If others do not want to do the work given to them by the leadership, they will not argue and will be determined to do the work arranged by the leadership. He also knows that other people are not willing to do this work, so the leadership is assigned to him.

For one thing, he felt that he had to respect the face of the leader.

Secondly, he thinks that if he accepts the arrangement in this way, the leader will have a clear picture in his mind.

Yes, the leader will remember clearly that in the future, all the work that others are not willing to do will be given to this honest man to do. The work will be well organized and everyone will be relieved.

When a wise person encounters work that he or she is not happy to do, he or she will find all kinds of excuses and even bargain with the leader to gain benefits for himself or herself.

The wise man's credo is to be lazy first, no matter what. If you don't do the job yourself, someone else will. The leader is so busy that he does not have time to argue with himself about this.

Third, honest people are only suitable for the bottom, not for management.

Honest people are not good with words, can not adapt to the management of the company, and even simple assignment of work is very difficult. When it comes to smart people retorting and bargaining, honest people as leaders will only manage roughly, or simply go to work by themselves, which will lead to chaos in time.

Perhaps some friends will say, the leader usually says very little, is not what is said? Leaders indeed say very little, but leaders have an aura, and honest people not only do not have an aura, to put it mildly, but even their temperament also is not.

As a leader is not just sitting in that position on the line, the minimum of communication and the art of transmitting must be there, some of the things the boss says and some of the things the employees say are not to be heard by the other side.

If you are just a "messenger", the boss would rather vacate the position of vertical management, which also saves a salary.

Fourth, the implementation of new rules, often honest people there first.

Everything is difficult at the beginning, especially when it affects personal interests, someone has to start first, and honest people become the target among all. When the honest people are still waiting, they do not know that the leader has already allowed the smart people, and then they think back that we are usually on good terms and have never offended him, so how can they be so kind as to take away their opportunity? At this point it no longer makes sense!

Sixth, honest people need to re-establish their values and change their previous inherent thoughts.

Want to change the status quo, the first thing is to change their inherent ideas, to clearly understand the importance of expression.

Not to express the leadership will not know what you think!

Without expressing leadership will not know how much you have paid for certain jobs!

Without expressing leadership will not know what is in your mind!

If you don't express yourself, you will be easily ignored by the leader!

No leader will promote someone he is not sure about, so start reporting more to the leader now, work-wise and thought-wise. Even if you don't get a promotion right away, it will leave a good and deep impression, even if it's good to remember us when the time comes for a salary transfer.

Seven, to understand the mechanism of distribution of benefits.

This shows that the honest people have little opportunity.
