The Journey to Recovery!!

Well Hey There, On this Monday March 15. If you are reading this when its released, then you are like most of the world both remembering, and somewhat celebrating. Granted these acts of remembrance, and celebration are more through osmosis, but still a great time too chill indeed. I ask that with intense passion because truthfully, today, regardless of what it brings, will to history more than not present itself as a mere footnote. THINK ABOUT IT? Who actually remembers, unless you were one of those 1.4 million passionate high school, or college students who stormed out of your classes at the incitement, if you will of the Swedish, then 15 year old, Greta Thunberg. Or maybe you were one of those wondering where this child’s parents were, and how they stood by and watched as this girl literally disrupted the planet, calling for action against those destroying our planet. But even for you, that was a horrible president, and matching pandemic ago, That and the fact no one cares about science. Or at least not until it hits us square in the face.

Which brings us back to the current day of COVID, Economic Disparities, and most importantly a system that is about as lopsided as the popsicle I placed and forgot on my dining table.

BUT LET'S BEING: POINT ONE:

Even thought the world is struggling towards a more technological/cleaner society, the competition of that transition is still in a galaxy far, far away. and let it be known, even though many know of its inevitable fate, in within its circle this reality is certainly known, but the crude oil bidness, is determined it will not go down without a fight. As a matter of fact, they believe before they’ll do a peaceful corporate transition, they’ll call for their own style insurrection…

But speaking of Money? Where is that old piece of green, or Gold which ever your fancy? CRYPTO??? with a jump of some 56k jump, I’d say so!! OR maybe we should look to social. That seems to be a pretty touchy subject these days. With THE FORMER GUY STILL BLOCKED, and many of his party men feeling like they are victims of what they are calling cancel culture, its good to know just one Jack Dorsey tweet is in a conversation, a 2.5 million dollar conversation. OR that just one JPG file sold for a whopping 69.3 dollars. talk about giving and receiving. OR maybe the answer is in TRADING CARDS, which I for one haven’t seen since I realized what a boob was. Never you mind about my sexual understandings, lets talk baseball. Because If I had of kept those cards I use to get inside my box of Kelloggs Rice Crispy’s, I might have been able to sell off a 1952 Topps Mantle card for $52 Million bucks.

Come to think of it, My Ex Grandpappi left a tons of those in the garage, which was immediately trashed.. Damn that would of made a sick parting gift for the bastard. Who escaped with a shit ton of cash just dangling from his pocket.

WHICH BRING ME TO POINT TWO:

I just while reading though my apple news happened to come across a story which doesn’t generally spark my interest; but this time something clicked. Maybe it is because we have found ourselves locked inside an obviously racial vortex, or because sports starts still to me collect ridiculous amounts green pieces of paper, inked with pics of dead white dudes. But Andrew Norwell’s salary cut hit me. The 29 year old, in 2018 signed a five-year, $66.5 million contract with the Jaguars in 2018. Norwell had been set to make $12 million in 2021 and $13 million in 2022, but now he’ll play the 2021 season on a one-year contract worth “up to” $12 million with $9 million guaranteed. Now before you go with, oh here’s another broke black man trying to hate on another brother. Please go take a nap, for me its about understanding or more so pointing out why we have a serious problem as it pertains to wage disparities. Now I am not saying Mr. Norwell, nor other athletes raking in these heavy paydays keeping them in high risk of attracting FLIES, BEES, the Govt, and GoldDiggers, because they’re are a ton of folks doing something to close that gap.

Take LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s for instance. Their SpringHill Company has become a media and branding juggernaut that empowers communities and is built for the future. Which bring me to Point THREE:

If LeBron is trying to disrupt what we get to know, and Greta Thunberg to how we respond, Google is working to disrupt how we capitalize. Their new 3 degree program seeks to change how we look, and approach this think called Education. With their six month at $240 dollar system, compared to the four year average $40k. Google is seeking to make sure, all have access to this ever advancing society. Who knows maybe you will get one of them high paying Amazon Jobs? I personally would rather work for Coupang in South Korea myself. or at least get my merch from em.

But enough about that bring this home with what’s going down on the proverbial island of Biden.

Why it matters: President Biden's top advisers see the $1.9 trillion relief bill, which Biden signed Thursday, as the key to solidifying his political fortunes. The bill's strong bipartisan approval ratings supply Democrats with an opportunity to bludgeon Republicans in states that will determine elections for the foreseeable future. Team Biden has this week, broken each day into themes emphasizing different benefits of the bill, according to an administration official familiar with the plans:

1. 3:15, Biden will launch what he's branding the "Help is Here" campaign with a speech at the White House. Vice President Harris and the Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will headline a launch event in Nevada. Dr. Jill Biden, a teacher, will travel to New Jersey to emphasize the impact of the bill on schools and students.
2. 3:16 theme will be "help for small business." The president will fly to Pennsylvania, and the vice president and second gentleman will visit Colorado.

President Biden who set out on mission, to put shots in the arms of 100 million people by the end of his first 100 days, will well succeeded that April 30 deadline, passing the 100 million shot threshold, Friday 3:12, WHICH WAS DAY 52. Now it’s just making sure, we all have access come May1. But this still leaves a struggle. Some 49% of Male Republicans refuse to get vaccinated with 41% of overall republicans joining them. This 41% includes 25% of congress, who as we all know are just hell bent on being obstructionist. But the even bigger struggle, is the 62% of Black and Brown still unsold on the need to get shot up.
