Signs That You Legitimately Terrify Dates
Once in a blue moon, you'll meet someone who is great on paper but can't ever seem to get a girlfriend regardless of how hard he tries. Sometimes, it's not a guy who has this problem - it's a girl.
Ossiana TepfenhartPublished 7 years ago in HumansWhy Do Some People Date Their Lookalikes?
Maybe it's me, being the product of a white American father and a black Ethiopian mother, but I find it extremely weird when I see couples who look like they're related. And I'm not talking just superficially similar in looks, like they have the same hair color and skin color, I mean when they appear so similar that there is no doubt in my mind that strangers regularly ask them "Are you twins/cousins/father and daughter?"

I am married to model and advice blogger, Liz LaPoint, and occasionally people will ask me what it is like, how I landed such a smart and sexy catch, and what my secret for keeping her is? Now, I am hardly qualified to dole out relationship advice, nor am I the world's greatest husband, but I will share what I believe are important components in maintaining a lasting, healthy and happy relationship.

Mackenzie Z. KennedyPublished 7 years ago in HumansThings That Make Men Obsessed With Women
If there's one thing that's always stayed true without history, it's that men who are attracted to a woman will often obsess over her. In fact, when a man is in love, he can't stop thinking about his partner. It's an obsession that has made men throughout history go to the ends of the Earth just to be with the one they love.
Ossiana TepfenhartPublished 7 years ago in HumansWhy Women Are Avoiding Dating and Marriage
For years, we have heard of the Men Going Their Own Way movement online. It's a movement that basically says that men get the "raw end" of the dating deal and that women are just no longer worth marrying for one reason or another. The movement itself is one that has long been known for its hatred of women, its inability to see women as people with feelings, and its highly vocal base that says that love is dead.

"Oh, sorry hun, I don't like you like that! I just was being friendly." Hearing these two sentences hurts, and believe it or not, it's something that almost every guy has heard at least once. The truth is that girls can be pretty cryptic when it comes to showing interest, and it's really easy to get the mixed signals.

True masculinity never goes out of style - but as timeless as it is, it's a form of masculinity that's incredibly hard to come by. Being a man is never easy, and today's role models simply don't really cut the mustard as well as they should.

Susan McCordPublished 7 years ago in HumansLove Hurts...
Sometimes the person you love the most turns out to be the person who never loved you enough to deserve you. Faking love hurts more than the bitter truth... There is always this one person who comes in your life to save you from the past even when you promise yourself that you wont let anyone in. They make you change your mind to let them in. I have been hurt by many. People who were once my everything, turned out be my nothing now. I have one of the most horrible experiences in life regarding love. I once made a grave mistake giving up on someone who I did love but who loved me truly more than others. I gave up on him for someone else later who turned out to be an asshole. I never stopped loving that one person on who I gave up just for distance. I might have loved others more but still he was always there in my heart. After dating 2 other guys after him, made me realise how much of a fool I was. I regret breaking up with him so much. I wish things hadn't turned out like it did. I still want him to know how much I regret it but it seems as if he doesn't want anything to do with me even tho he says things at times which sounds like he wants me back. I wish thing go back to how it was. I was a fool to say yes to someone else who turned out to be the biggest asshole. This is for all the guys out there, not everything is about sex and not every relationships depend on sex. Sex isn't everything. Love still exists and never ignore the efforts of someone who wants love and care, not sex. Loving someone who doesn't love you back hurts more than anything. Hate turns into love and love turns into hate. I have been through this enough to know who really loved me. I regret so many choices I made in life but all I ever wanted was someone who would love me unconditionally and care about me and not be all about sex. I have cried myself to sleep for the people I have loved who didn't bother thinking about me for a second. Girls out there who have done this and have gone through this, trust me people say its not worth it and its true. its not worth it to cry for someone who doesn't give a damn about you. But we are girls and thats how much these things hurt us. I was always inspired by people who write about their experiences in life about love so thats what made me want to share a part of my life and my love life...

Relationships are a tricky thing to manage, but many women feel the burden of relationships weigh them down, fearful of any number of relationship mistakes they could make. Perhaps they feel this fear because of society's pressures, or perhaps they feel responsible for these sorts of things.
