1. Broken arrow

If you don't believe in your own will, you'll never be a general.

During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, a father and his son went to war. The father has become a general, the son is only a pawn. Another trumpet sounded, the drums thundered, and the father solemnly held up a quiver with an arrow in it. The father solemnly said to his son: "This is a family attack treasure arrow, with unlimited power, but do not draw." It was a marvellously fine quiver, made of thick cowhide, with a gleaming copper border, and the end of the arrow. It's easy to tell they're made of fine peacock feathers.

The son was happy and greedily pushed to think of the shaft and arrow, and the sound of arrows whizzed by the ear, and the enemy general manager folded his horse and died. Sure enough, the son with the treasure arrow was heroic and invincible. When the trumpet sounded, the son could not bear the pride of victory anymore, completely abandoned his father's advice, and the strong desire drove him to pull out the treasure arrow with a shout, trying to see what was going on. Suddenly he was shocked. A broken arrow. A broken arrow in the quiver.

I've been fighting with a broken arrow on my arm! The son was scared out of a cold sweat, as if the pillar of the house was suddenly lost, and the will collapsed.

The result is self-evident, the son died in the chaos.

Brushing away the misty smoke, my father picked up the broken arrow and spat heavily: "If you don't believe in your own will, you will never be a general."

How foolish it is to put victory and defeat on a precious arrow, and how dangerous it is to give the heart and handle of one's life to others! Such as putting their hopes on their children; Put happiness in her husband; Put the life security on the unit...

Warm reminder:

You are an arrow, if you want it to be tough, if you want it to be sharp, if you want it to be a hundred steps, a hundred hair, sharpen it, save it can only be yourself.

2. The value of life

Don't let yesterday's depression overshadow tomorrow's dreams!

At a seminar, a famous speaker held up a $20 bill in his hand without making any opening remarks.

In front of the 200 people in the conference room, he asked, "Who wants this $20?" One hand at a time went up. He continued, "I'm going to give this $20 to one of you, but before I do, please allow me to do one thing." He crumpled up the bills and asked, "Who wants more?" Still some raised their hands. And he said, "Well, what if I do that?" He threw the bill to the ground, stepped on another foot, and ran it over with his foot. Then he picked up the notes, which were dirty and wrinkled. "Who wants more now?" Some people still raise their hands.

"My friends, you have learned a very meaningful lesson. No matter what I do with that bill, you still want it, because it's not devalued, it's still worth $20. There are countless times in life when we are knocked down, bullied or crushed by our own decisions or adversity. We feel as if we are worthless. But no matter what happens, or what will happen, you will never lose value in the eyes of God. Dirty or clean, neatly dressed or not, you are still priceless to him."

Warm reminder:

The value of life does not depend on what we do or who we associate with, but on who we are! We are unique - never forget that!
