It's never easy to get out of your comfort zone.

This path of development is not for everyone. It is a real pain to step out of your comfort zone (CZ). But it's an even bigger ordeal when life forces you out of this area. This is why it is better to do it voluntarily: then you have a small chance to prepare yourself morally and lay down your soft mattresses.

But this hell, at first glance, is very beneficial. Believe me, it has a fantastic effect. You will experience unforgettable sensations and you will have stories to tell your friends. But there is something else, you will have a rare opportunity to get to know yourself, your inner self, your self. Not everyone has this chance.

Why is leaving CZ an ordeal?

● Insufficient courage

● Insufficient power

● Insufficient time

● Insufficient experience

● Insufficient confidence

Why do you still have to leave CZ?

● When you are afraid to do something, then do not hesitate - take your heart in your teeth and do it. Without thinking long. You do not have a choice.

● When you have no power, you will discover some hidden reserves and you will find that you can overthrow the mountains.

● When you don't have time, put all the little things aside and focus on priorities.

● When you have no experience, but you have something to do - catch on the fly, you learn along the way, mastering everything you need hundreds of times faster.

● When you don't have confidence in yourself, you start to appreciate the people who support you. It is from them that we begin to gain confidence.

How to get out of CZ?

1 Do the usual things differently.

Go another way to work. Step on the doorstep of a new place, instead of your favorite cafe. Taste a brand new coffee. Watch an original movie with subtitles, but not dubbing. Attend a master class in an absolutely new field for you. Start painting, knitting, sewing, playing chess, if you haven't already.

Include new exercises in your training program. Be a vegetarian for a week or a month. Change your reality! Don't be afraid that something won't work out the way you planned, it's natural, that's how life is, it still happens. And this is an experience, a new aspect of your routine days.

2 Satisfy yourself a little.

If you have communication problems, for example, do not be annoying and do not camp on those around you with discussions and friendship proposals. All you have to do is greet a stranger with a smile on your face, and then circumstances will tell you what to do. Identify your fears and the difficulties you face and begin to overcome them step by step.

3 Make new goals.

Find goals that are not part of your reality, but that can captivate you. For example, you are a freelancer, but all your life you have dreamed of working with children. Get a job as an assistant educator at a summer camp.

4 Travel!

Have you ever felt like you didn't want to go anywhere when you were about to leave the house and go to the airport or train station? And you think that now you would have stayed at home, sipping your favorite tea… but the airport congestion, take-off-landing, customs control… are waiting for you… and there again an unknown world.

No, never? Many have experienced such feelings. It's a natural thing. Because stability, be it illusory, is comfortable and brings peace of mind. That's why you're afraid to change to something unknown, even if it's 100 times better.

So if you're hesitant to invite a young lady over for a coffee, hitchhike, run a marathon, volunteer in another country to take care of the street animals, here's what you need to think about.

The girl can bring you to the top of happiness. There is no more universal way to know life and the world than to hitchhike. Preparing for the marathon will make you stronger physically and emotionally. The animals will thank you for their selfless love, their faithfulness, and their joy. Think about it and make the right decision!

I wish all readers a fascinating day and a captivating routine!
