Show me the evidence that proves we are not in heaven right now.

Heaven as a concept is spread across the majority of religions and spiritual beliefs and all have very similar ideals. A place of astounding beauty where you sit in the presence of God, the Gods or the creative power. A place where everything you want or have ever wanted is at your fingertips. A place where you are surrounded by loved ones, people of wit, enlightenment and power. A place where we can live in eternal bliss.

Most people see this as nothing more than a myth, a story told to ease humans into the realm of death and to leave those left behind with the comfortable thought that dying means moving on to a better place.

But what if we are already there? What if we have everything we need right now to live the way heaven describes?

Depending on how you see God and the creative force of the universe we could already be in their presence each and every day. God and the Gods are often talked about as making man in their very likeness. Man is a reflection of the almighty and therfore has the same powers to create the world around them as they see fit. Therfore every person has the power to be just and true. They have the power to be good, to build positive relationships and help their fellow human beings. God is here among us, we are already dining at their table.

The world is beautiful. The beauty of heaven is meant to leave us in complete awe. It is meant to touch our souls and connect with us on a different level. Have you ever walked through a forest and been lost in the smells, sounds and sense of wonder? Have you sat on the beach with your eyes closed and just listened to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore while the sun warms you to the bone? Have you ever climbed a mountain, looked at the view and felt that life means something more?

We have all had these moments where we felt connected to something bigger. We have all had the realisation that anything is possible. We have all felt that we are in heaven, right here, right now. But for some reason we tend to fuck it all up.

Our logical minds take over. The negativity of others rubs off on us and those magical moments become fleeting. They become nothing more than one off visions of what amazing existence could be waiting for us when we cross over to the other side. We self sabotage and tell ourselves that heaven doesn't exist. We tell ourselves that we don't deserve to be in this magical kingdom experiencing everything that the mystics and religious teachers have always told us is out there.

So how do we un fuck heaven?

Start by believing. Believe that everything that was promised to you in heaven is here in front of you. Stop and be grateful for every little thing in your life. Smile when good things happen and say to your self, "I fucking deserve this."

It may sound like cheesy, hippy crap to talk about gratitude being the key for positive change, but it's true.

Being grateful creates a positive mind set. A positve mind set makes mince meat of life's challenges. Once you're in control of all the negative shit then smiles and joy come more naturally. Nothing can upset you when you know something magical is going come of it, or that something special is just around the corner.

Smile, it's time to un fuck heaven.
