The World is Fucked Up
The world is a fucked up place. You remember that incident when the guy ate another guy’s face off and they blamed it on bath salts? If you don’t, that was probably because they mentioned it once before the whole thing just magically disappeared. Turns out it was really the beginning of the zombie uprising. One experiment got out, and, in time, whatever they were concocting in their secret labs couldn’t be contained. I imagine all the rich people probably rushed to their bunkers in the desert or hopped in a spaceship bound for Mars when things got really out of hand and left us poor people to play Walking Dead.

1,000,000
Winning the lottery is supposed to make life easy, but for John Hinklock, it had brought nothing but misery and difficulty. He had been down on his luck for a long time, and had purchased a ticket as a frantic, last-ditch effort to eliminate his financial concerns. He figured that in the best case he would win, and in the worst he would only be out a few dollars, which was nothing when compared to the money he was already short.

Family things
I was going to my girlfriend house for the first time in 6 years and it was weird to me why she never wanted me to visit her family but i never questioned it, i was pulling up and she was waiting for me outside, i parked my car on the street and locked my doors even though we was in a good neighborhood i still don't trust motherfuckers. I was walking up the stairs and she hugged me and kissed me till her father and mother came to the door, i reached my hand out and they pulled back, the mother grabbed some hand sanitizer and poured some in my hand before shaking it, i didn't think nothing to it just that they were clean freaks, they welcomed me in but my girlfriend told me to take my shoes off even though they were new and not dirty i still did what she said out of respect.

Emergence, Part 1
Bang! Bang! Bang!! Startled, Kee jumped, looking up from the page she was colouring on at the kitchen table. Someone was at the door. Twisting, she looked behind her to where her sister had disappeared moments before into the bedroom they shared, but she didn't see her.

The Town That Time Forgot
I was in my late twenties and had been living in my own apartment for about a year. For our generation, it is difficult to find decent, affordable accommodation, with the increase in house prices, so naturally I was thrilled when I moved into my own place, searching for months to find the right house. I’d been sharing an apartment with a couple of friends for a few years but nothing beat having my own home.

The ghost ship
The urban legend is called "SS Ourang Medan." In 1940, the name of this ship spread all over the world. This is one of the main urban legends that is told regarding the ocean. Many ships travelled in between the periods of 1947 and 1948 between Malaysia and the Sumatra Islands. The ship, which was traveling in the Malaka region, started receiving awkward SOS signals from different regions. Even some ports have started to receive these kinds of awkward signals. The SOS was also in Morse, which is basically used to send secret messages during the war period.

The Sister
October 17th 2010 was a day that I will never forget. I saw my sister a few times that day but at 8:17 p.m. was the last time I saw her. My sister is a smart girl but she trusted a lot of people and I believe that this time she trusted the wrong person. We called the police and reported her as a missing person, but the police just said that since she was nineteen she probrably just ran away from home to live her own life. My sister loved this family and she would never leave us, especially without saying goodbye. I’m now the same age she was when she disapeared. It's hard for a nine year old to lose her sister but I managed to live through it by believing I could find her.
