Did the Avengers Go to Another Timeline That Wasn't Shown in 'Endgame?'
Avengers: Endgame is the biggest movie ever made, and, understandably, it might have the most easter eggs in a single movie. However, arguably the best easter egg from the film may have just been found four months after the film's release.

5 Underappreciated Animated Films (Disney)
This is probably one piece that I've been looking forward to for a VERY long time. As I said in my 5 Underappreciated Live-Action Disney Films, I grew up watching all the classics—Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and many, many others formed a huge part of my life.

Why 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' Is Tarantino's Greatest Film
Before Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Quentin Tarantino had directed eight films. Eight classic films. Eight films that his fans adored so much. From the confused rage of Reservoir Dogs to the chilling bitterness of The Hateful Eight, there were highs and lows, but ultimately we are a generation that bore witness to the creation of a timeless collection. The ninth film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was arguably his most polarizing. Hardcore fans, as well as the general public either loved it or hated it entirely. Today it will be argued that it is his greatest film. Perhaps not in the way we all expected, but even still, this holds true. To honor the ninth installment in his collection, nine brief points will be argued for this case.

50 Films You Haven't Seen... (But Should!) Part 1
Title:RubberYear: 2011MPAA Rating: RDirector: Quentin DupieuxStarring: Robert the Tire, Stephen Spinella, Jack Plotnick Why You’ll Love It! It’s about a telepathic tire for starters. This one goes in the books as an episode of The Twilight Zone that never happened… but should’ve! “Robert” which is the tire's name can destroy things without even moving. It’s a bloody good time that doesn’t make the mistake of taking itself too seriously. You may ask what the purpose of this premise is, and as you’ll find out… NO REASON.

'The Sims—The Movie' - Cancelled
Well, as you may know, The Walt Disney Company has acquired 21st century Fox and its assets, including 20th Century Fox, the studio that was meant to be making many upcoming films, including a film adaption of The Sims based on the popular game franchise. Being a fan, I was really excited to go see it, having loved the Sims for a long part of my life. I even wrote a separate thing about it here on Vocal, talking about the film's many possibilities, and how cool it could've been. If you would like to read it just click here. But, it has come to my attention recently that Disney, while making great films, still of course being a company, decided to take many upcoming Fox projects out of production, fearing they may not do well. This included films such as a Sandlot prequel, a Megaman film adaption, a Flash Gordon film held by Thor: Ragnarok (and the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder)'s own, Taika Waititi, and of course, the film adaption of The Sims. Well, all I can say is... that's a bummer.

Movie Review: 'The Farewell' Is Heartfelt, Bold and Beautiful
Impending death is a daring premise for a movie. It's even more daring when the person who is dying is not aware of their pending demise. The Farewell posits that Nai Nai (Zhao Shuzhen), the grandmother of Billi (Awkwafina) has an aggressive form of cancer that leaves her with little time left. Chinese custom insists that Nai Nai's family be told about her diagnosis, but that it be kept from her.

Why Andy Serkis Is the Perfect Choice to Helm the 'Venom' Sequel!
Sony has been on the hunt for some time now to find a suitable auteur of cinema to helm the sequel to one of their biggest 2018 films. Venom, the antihero movie that kicked off the studios Sony Universe of Marvel Characters, grossed an impressive $865 million at the box office. The film starred Tom Hardy, Riz Amed, and Michelle Willams. Venom was not well-received by critics, and it is far from perfect overall. Many things need to be addressed to get this sequel right and keep the franchise going. So, the news of who they got to direct the highly anticipated sequel is cause for some serious celebration.

Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith Are Ready to Ride or Die in ‘Queen & Slim’
First dates are a complicated affair. They can be nerve-racking and sometimes stressful. A person only gets one chance at a good first impression. While some do kick off a love affair that mostly ends up happily ever after, most of us know that many of these romantic first encounters end up being laughably forgettable. But what would you do if something happened on this occasion that changes your life forever? And I’m not talking about love at first sight. I’m talking about gunshots and viral stardom. Well if you ever wondered how dinner and a movie could turn into a nationwide manhunt, then you must see Queen & Slim.

Offshore Explorer
From Russia with Love appeared on screens in 1963. Sean Connery starred as the unflappable James Bond. I was eleven. I secretly read Ian Flemming's sexy book under my covers with a flashlight. I was a voracious reader and avid film goer. How I worked those circumstances out should be explained. Looking back on my life that summer probably shaped my thinking in a profound and lasting way. I have wandered the seas around the world with a certain panache. Here is how it started, I think.
