"Blackhollow" Delivers a Chilling Gothic Experience
I have my story straight; it’s these dark halls that threaten me. Greater Boston Stage Company (GBSC) opens with the world premiere of “Blackhollow,” a one-act gothic play by Weylin Symes. Set in 1838, inside an insane asylum, the story centers on Nurse Lucy Cull. She is a devoted worker who becomes entangled in a series of dangerous medical experiments.

Reviewing Season One of "Coven Academy"
I remember when the news broke about Coven Academy months ago; I was very excited to hear about this. I was all in quickly, and I had my reasons, especially a main one, but more on that later. Within the first few minutes that I watched this, I noticed that Coven Academy was basically Pretty Little Liars meets Charmed (either version works). I expected a lot in this show, but what I didn't expect was vampires... especially within the first two minutes of the series! But yeah, witches, warlocks, vampires, and yes, werewolves in this thing. But let's get to the plot (Warning: there are spoilers).

Despina Mirou and the Art of Becoming Someone Else
There’s a particular kind of courage involved in walking onto a stage with nothing between you and an audience except a microphone. An actor working on a film can ask for another take. A comedian has to live with the silence, find the next line, and keep going. Despina Mirou has pursued both kinds of performance, building a professional life that stretches across film, television, theater, and stand-up comedy.

Nobody's Fool: an article
Nobody’s fool is one of Paul Newman’s later works. The movie was done in 1993, but was released theatrically in 1994. It is quite frankly one of my favorite movies of all time to be quite honest with you. Paul Newman did a great job in his role. I mean of course he was gonna do a great job. He’s Paul Newman or was Paul Newman either way rest in peace, sir. Jessica Tandy the legendary actress was also in the motion picture, and the film was dedicated to her because unfortunately it would become her last motion picture. May she also rest in peace.
