BREAKING: 'LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga' DELAYED to Autumn 2022
LEGO Star Wars fans just cannot seem to get a brick... er, break. Lucasfilm and Traveller's Tales have announced yet another delay for the highly anticipated LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. This is happening for multiple reasons, though it is doubtful that people will be satisfied with the explanation (quoted below) so close to what was expected to be the final release date. And really, the inevitable complaints would be very understandable, given the history of marketing for this game.
Steven ShinderPublished 2 years ago in FuturismLet’s Face It, NFT’s Are Ruining Gaming
Honestly, I used to love the idea of NFT gaming. Instead of simply buying some skin that has no value or utility, now I can own all of my skins and property. The whole idea was super fascinating to me, and I assumed it would take the gaming world by storm. Obviously, this is all still in its infancy, so there’s plenty of time for all of this to come to fruition and work itself out, but I am not convinced that will be the case.

While we want the best for our children, what if there aren't enough toys to choose from? There will be many options and you'll end up overwhelmed in an aisle. You may find your child attracted to the most flashy, expensive item first glance. However, the more basic wooden toys at either end of the aisle are often overlooked. You should consider buying simple wooden toys in basic packaging if you aren't sure what to get. Here are the reasons:

INTRODUCING; That’s right folks, there is more to conscious ascension than Ohming your way to Nirvana. Don’t get me wrong, meditate like there is no tomorrow, because as Janis would say “Tomorrow Never Happens Man.”

Olalekan AdeekoPublished 3 years ago in FuturismThrough Our Bones
There was a noble silence hovering above the scorched sands of the desert paradise. The silence was not unusual. It was always silent the day before the Atone Games. The irony of the silence was surpassed only by the strong stench of hundreds upon thousands of freshly stewed animal bones.
I Left My Heart By the Grave
It was 2038 when the world as we knew it came to an end. Cultural warfare plagued the world since the advent of the industrial revolution. Ideological factions struggled for control of the world through media, politics, and commerce. After the presidential election of 2036 ended without a clear winner, the decision fell to the American legislature to appoint the new president.

The days start and stop the same way. My first alarm snatches me away from the comfort of my dreams at seven forty-seven AM. Suddenly, eighteen minutes pass when my second alarm goes off and I roll myself out of bed and proceed with getting ready for work. My breakfast usually consists of the first protein bar I can get my hands on and tea as I rush out the door, trying to escape my curse of always being late.

"The group rounds a bend in the rocky path, and sees the soaring frontage of Nakamoto Castle. There are workers farming in the fields between the group and the castle, and a hawk flies lazily overhead."
Cindy DarlingPublished 3 years ago in FuturismWhat Is the Future for Online Gaming?
Introduction It all started only 22 years ago with the InterCasino game from Antigua in August 1996. Since the tentative beginnings, online gambling has come a long way and is virtually unrecognisable from the first iterations. There are now over two hundred sites in the UK and many more hundreds of games to play. But the competition for a punters stake is fierce, and the only way for companies to stay in the game is to keep advancing the technology they use—the experience always has to be bettered.
Patricia SarkarPublished 6 years ago in FuturismPlaying Games for Science
Game designers and scientists collectively view games (board, card and digital) as an underused medium for children and adults to engage with science, and learn innovative technical concepts. In a broader trend, researchers have even begun to assume the role of game developer and create independent games (#Indiegames) that allow users to navigate consequences of core scientific phenomena, including antibiotic resistance and climate change, in an interactive gaming experience.
