At Midnight We Meet
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. It was the most picturesque view; they would linger as if unaffected by inertia through the seemingly endless space that were the skies. They appeared suddenly and with them they brought an explosion of colors, which were deep magenta, pink, and even reddish tints of color that came out and expanded into the night sky, leaving a lonely trail behind. With their presence, the woods looked so lonesome, it was like a village in the middle of a firework show, it was lonely. The smell of pine trees which would be escorted by a cold humidity that arrived with every soft blow of the wind, a blow which produced the loneliest sound as it swiftly passed by, it was a whisper. The pines gently swaying, as if dancing a waltz with the wind, and the caressing music it caused. The ground was covered in dead leaves, sticks, and all the forgotten fauna that was left behind. One could step on it and sink, but the creatures that roamed those woods knew where and how to step. The roots that sprouted out of the pines almost as if it were in an involuntary motion were stout, long veins that gave life to the pines. There were deer wandering around, rising their heads, and their tails jerking up and down at the sound of any anomaly. The rabbits that would swiftly move around with their tiny puffy tails, and quick large ears. The foxes would scurry around, hiding in between the remains of the dead fauna, and sticking their heads out, and all other creatures that would every night at midnight come out of their hidden caves just to watch the spectacle. And there they were, all in communion, and in their eyes was the reflection of that beautiful enigmatic outburst of colors that painted the night sky, and made the night seem day.

Speaking Through The Purple Clouds
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. They would swirl into different shapes and symbols—stretching seamlessly from sea to sea. And at this time—elegant and ethereal—the clouds would assume a form of comfort for those that crowded the tiny planet. Where it was hot and dry, where the sun scorched the land into sandy spits, the clouds became great whales swimming through an ocean of violet vapor. Where it was cold and damp, where the glow of the moon fell upon icy waters, the clouds became woolly sheep roaming through purple pastures. No matter what country they hailed from, nor the color of their skin, the people were called together by the clouds, whose many contours were carved into their collective memory.

High Healing Powers
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. The only place where anyone could see the majestic dance is a mountain guarded by five other, taller mountains surrounding it in the form of a pentagram. This was a magical place where time, space, and light collided in unusual patterns, creating the shades of purple you would not see anywhere else.

Skies Abound
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. 5 years ago such an occurrence would have the world at a standstill as we all, collectively looked up. Pondering, curious, & wondering; are we alone? Now it is as common an occurrence as the summer breeze. So much that it’s hard to remember life without them.

Fading
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. And every night at midnight, Peril twinkled in delight as she whooshed in among the other small, wispy, balls of light. The dance was about to begin here above while life below waited for change as part of predestined plans. Leaving the light-filled realm required much patience from the wisps as they had to come to a complete stop before descending. Many of them had memories of existing below before serving here and those with happy memories shimmered in anticipation.

This was created fairly early in the public adoption of generative AI, and I hadn't yet understood the impact and consequences of using it. Another World
Another World Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. Though when we first arrived in this strange world nearly a year ago now the night sky appeared to be similar to that of Earth, the only reason we knew it wasn’t was the fact that there were two moons. For the first few days, we had all stuck together and formed a base camp near where we had arrived. During that time I talked to nearly 200 people to find out where they all had come from, and to my surprise, there were no two people from the same country, and not everyone spoke English, which was surprising because I could understand them all perfectly despite only being able to speak English. After a few days, everyone had begun to settle into the new routine that we all lived by now, however, that all changed on the fifth night, at midnight the sky slowly lit up almost as if the sun was rising, and majestic purple clouds began to dance across the sky. Then we were attacked by a group of twenty goblins, each one was no stronger than your average teenager but they were still able to kill ten of us before we killed them. After this, the peace that we had established crumbled like a sand castle and divisions formed, those with a weak mentality chose to either flee in fear, and others formed a group and departed to set up a new camp believing that anywhere else would be safer. By the end of the fifth day of the 195 people that had made up this camp was reduced to 100. Once we buried our dead and burnt the goblin's corpses we took what little equipment they had and began to use the weapons and armour of the monsters as our own.
