Vacation Eats
Vacation Eats: Colorado Green Chili Spring, summer, autumn, and winter, there is nothing like a bowl of Colorado Green Chili. The first time I tried green chili was in Aurora, Colorado. My then-boyfriend, now husband, took me to his favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner. Mexican food is not my thing. I came from a state where Mexican food meant Taco Bell. I never liked Taco Bell, and since that was my view of Mexican food, I was not the least bit happy. He just told me to trust him. Do you trust a man you have just met, in a state you have never been to? Maybe not. But I did.

LED Wall Installations Across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia
When LED wall technology moved from the novelty of its early commercial deployments in the mid-1990s to the structural production staple it is today, it did not do so uniformly across the world. The geography of global LED wall installation has been shaped by the intersection of technology availability, local market maturity, cultural appetite for large-scale visual spectacle, and the logistical infrastructure of international AV rental companies capable of moving equipment across borders on production timelines. What has emerged is a genuinely global industry with distinct regional characteristics — and an increasingly interconnected supply chain that allows a ROE Visual panel manufactured in Shenzhen to appear on a Las Vegas residency stage six weeks after leaving the factory.

Supreme Court Clears Path for Steve Bannon to Seek Dismissal of Contempt Conviction
The U.S. Supreme Court made a significant ruling on April 6, 2026, in the high-profile legal saga of former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, clearing the procedural path for him to seek the dismissal of his criminal contempt-of-Congress conviction. This development comes nearly four years after Bannon was originally convicted for refusing to comply with subpoenas issued by the House committee investigating the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack. The Supreme Court’s brief, unsigned order vacated the appellate court ruling that had upheld Bannon’s conviction and remanded the case for reconsideration in light of a motion to dismiss filed by the Department of Justice under the Trump administration.

The Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato looked particularly intriguing, and since I still had some gift card money left over from Christmas, I decided to review a few drinks and the limited-edition Frog Cake Pop.

Mile-High Noodles: The Best Ramen Spots in Denver
For some reason, there has been a lot of chatter about Denver's food scene online - or rather, the perceived lack thereof. As a Colorado native, I will admit that there are pockets of Denver that lack in options and there are a lot of breweries clouding the restaurant scene, but you can find good food in Denver. I've traveled around the United States quite a bit and honestly I think Denver has some great options, especially when it comes to Asian cuisine. You just need to know where to look.
