Panacea of Fine Food and Good Drink
Tucked away in the ridges and valleys of Appalachia, cradled by rolling hills, rests the oldest settlement in Tennessee known today as Rogersville. When the daily, laboring sick and wounded of this historic town return home each day from suffering the ills of the world in Knoxville or the Tri-Cities, they flock to the comfort of The Red Dog on Main Eatery and Taproom, a panacea treating both blue and white collared warriors with fine food and good drink.

Pulled Pork on the 33rd Parallel Line
Pulled pork in the South is called barbeque and it's a noun, not a verb. If you're ever visiting in the south and someone says let's go get barbeque, they mean pulled pork, slow cooked over a hard wood fire.

Everyone says that the deli in their town is the greatest, but I am here to give this one all the awards for best deli and its not even in my town! Growing up, I had a deli in my neighborhood that I went to all the time. I have fallen in love with this new one because of all the special offers. Let's take a look at some of Home Town Hero’s most appetizing offers.

My Top Three Food-Bliss Moments
Food has always been a fascinating topic for me to write about because it usually has an added psychological element. My relationship with food has always been back and forth. As a child, I grew up in a poor household, and when my father died, that made it even worse. Still, I remember being proud of being able to eat an entire box of macaroni and cheese by myself. I also remember the first time I fell in love with food and experienced pure euphoria from eating something I had never had before.
Panadería Nuevo Leon
Need pan dulce that is handmade with love ? ❤ Try out Panadería Nuevo Leon❤ At this point, I should just live in Panadería Nuevo Leon.
Sugar Bush and King's Head Inn
For our first proper date, my husband took me out to breakfast. Not to the local Cora’s, as one might expect, where you can get plates piled high with pancakes and eggs and fruit, and where customers are often lined up out the door waiting for a table. Instead, we went to Sugar Bush at King’s Landing to enjoy the local traditions that the spring maple syrup harvest presents.
