Simple Cinnabon recipe
Ingredients: For the Dough: - 5 cups flour - 1 tablespoon instant yeast - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/3 cup sugar - 2/3 cup warm milk - 2 tablespoons sour cream - 1/2 cup melted salted butter For the Filling: - 1 cup softened salted butter - 1 cup brown sugar - 2 tablespoons cinnamon For the Topping: - Half a block of softened cream cheese - 2 tablespoons butter - 1 tablespoon vanilla - 3 tablespoons milk - 2 cups powdered sugar Instructions: To prepare the dough, mix the milk, yeast, sour cream, and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Add melted salted butter and 4 cups of flour and mix well. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour. After an hour, knead the dough on a floured surface with the remaining 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Knead for 10 minutes. To prepare the cinnamon filling, mix one cup of softened salted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon (I love cinnamon so I used 2 tablespoons). To prepare the sugar mixture: blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar in a mixer. Roll out the dough and spread the mixture over it. Roll the dough tightly and cut using a thread or knife. Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet and let them rest for 15 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Let them cool for 10-15 minutes before adding the sugar mixture and enjoy the most delicious cinnamon rolls. The enchanting shop was run by a skilled baker named Clara, who possessed a secret recipe for the most irresistible cinnamon rolls in the entire realm. Clara's passion for baking began at a young age when she discovered an ancient cookbook tucked away in her grandmother's attic. The worn pages held the key to a legendary cinnamon roll recipe, whispered to bring joy and warmth to anyone fortunate enough to taste it. With the guidance of her grandmother's handwritten notes, Clara crafted the perfect dough, sprinkled it generously with a magical blend of cinnamon and sugar, and topped it with a secret icing that could make even the most stoic hearts melt. Word of Clara's Cinnabon Haven spread far and wide. People traveled from distant lands, drawn by the tantalizing scent that wafted through the air like a sweet symphony. As soon as they took a bite of Clara's cinnamon rolls, their faces lit up with delight, and a sense of pure happiness embraced them. One day, a humble traveler named Theo stumbled upon Sweetville. Intrigued by the heavenly aroma, he followed his nose to Cinnabon Haven. As he entered the quaint bakery, Clara greeted him with a warm smile. Theo couldn't resist trying one of the legendary cinnamon rolls. With the first bite, Theo experienced a flavor explosion that sent him into a state of bliss. He was captivated not only by the exquisite taste but also by the magical aura that surrounded Clara's creation. Determined to share this extraordinary delight with the world, Theo convinced Clara to embark on a journey beyond Sweetville. Together, they traveled to bustling cities and serene villages, spreading the joy of Cinnabon Haven to people from all walks of life. The magical cinnamon rolls became a symbol of love, unity, and the simple pleasures that brought people together. As Cinnabon Haven gained fame, Clara's small bakery transformed into a global sensation. Yet, amidst the success, Clara remained true to her roots. She continued to bake with the same love and passion that had made her cinnamon rolls legendary. Cinnabon Haven became more than just a bakery; it became a haven of joy and a testament to the magical power of a simple cinnamon roll. And so, the story of Clara and her Cinnabon Haven lived on, leaving a sweet legacy that warmed hearts and created smiles for generations to come.
