Artisan Baking When you think of a microbrewery you think of the knowledge that the brewmaster has about the unique beers that he or she brews — the care that goes into choosing the types of grains, hops, sugars, and yeasts that are used for each beer. A pilsner, ale, stout, or lager each have different ingredients and each has a unique process that the brewmaster has developed over years of personal experience. The long fermentation that allows the yeast to pull the flavors out of the grain. The combination of grains and the different types of hops. This knowledge makes each brewmaster a specialist of the craft.

A Bite into a Delicious Hamburger
You're hungry. You're stomach is empty. You're salivating. The only thing you have your mind set on at the moment is how great it is to sink your teeth into your favorite burger. There is a burger out there, that you get ever so often because of how tasty it is. It is your own signature burger. Of coarse, you know it's wrong. You know it's unhealthy. But you do it anyway because its time for you to be naughty. Your mind is telling you "No!" but your taste buds are telling you, "YES! YES!! YES!!!"

Truth: Your Chicken Isn't Juicy
Have you actually tried your chicken? Have you ever actually had chicken that felt like rubber (excessive chewing, could even use a sauce...)? Don't lie to yourself. That chicken was DRY AF at your aunt's last week...but you ate it out of desperation/gratefulness/being high and not knowing any better/lack of trying OPC (other people's chicken). The alternative is to toss it, and be honest with yourself/others (and others who may suffer from eating your/their chicken but do not wish to tell you the truth in lieu of your/their "feelings"). Then, after testing a few methods from the top google searches...you may end up having the best chicken of your god damn life.

I have tried almost every kind of delivery service set to ship fresh ingredients to your house. Now I do not consider myself an experienced chef, nor would anyone who has eaten my food previously. I have always been someone who mixed ingredients and recipes to create my own concoctions. I also have never been a fan of planning a list of needed ingredients and going to fight the crowds at a grocery store to purchase them, only to forget a key ingredient in the recipe. But thankfully, with companies like Hello Fresh, the stress is taken away from you.

Everyone who visits Spain wanting to taste the real España will return home having tasted wonderful regional and also seasonal dishes, perhaps during a leisurely lunch in the shade, drinking that ever familiar jug of Sangria, or dinner in the evenings, relaxing with an exquisite bottle of wine, perusing the menu and ordering delights such as paella, pan-fried hake, clam, chorizo & white bean stew, gazpacho, cocido, cod pavías, amazing soups and stews, tasty roasted meat dishes and fresh salads, and let's not forget about the Churros with chocolate dipping sauce. There is something else we are familiar and head over heels in love with from Spain, and that is tapas. Tapas entice all the senses; they can be a dining event or a snack with a beer, and you cannot help but fall in love with the sociality of them. From bar snacks to fine dining experiences, tapas are a traditional taste of España and a concept that is inextricably part of Spanish culture.

Easy, Cheating Prawn and Cream Cheese Risotto
I created this dish this evening, a bit too lazy to cook for long, but wanting luxury. Welcome to my world of decadent risotto. Whilst not a slow cook dish, do not rush it. There is something quite zen about creating a lazy risotto. A glass of chilled white wine and some classical music in a softly lit kitchen, a few strategically placed candles, and you will lose yourself in your task. It is one of those dishes that looks much more difficult and decadent than it really is.
