If this is your first visit to my recipes, welcome! If you are a returner, thank you!

I am a true believer that the world of food should be open to a person and moderation in all things is a great way to live life, that’s why I specialize in creating macro-friendly recipes that are much easier to “fit” in moderation.

As you get to know me, you will find that all my recipes use a moderate to few amount of ingredients because I also believe that cooking should be stress free and not break the budget. I encourage that for all of my recipes you look into buying frozen rather than fresh to promote longevity of each food item if you do not use it again right away.

I would also love to hear your personal spin on any of my recipes! Have fun and please enjoy!

These deliciously peanut buttery fall-apart “bars” will be satisfying all your cravings without the guilt! I couldn’t decide if I should call it “kitty chow” (you know as opposed to puppy chow?) or peanut butter chocolate trash. They almost give me a Neutella feel, like I’m eating delightful chex smothered in Nutella, just without the sugar and fat! Ok, you probably get it by now, I have an awful sweet tooth. But you can still get to your goals and not deprive yourself, I promise. Moderation in all things!

These are more carb heavy just from the nature of there being rice chex cereal in it, but if you’re a bodybuilder, we love carbs! Now, if you’re a bypass patient this may not be something you want to eat much of as it is refined carbohydrate, but with no sugar added and protein it isn’t the worst choice either.

This recipe is suitable for bariatric patients (sleeve more than bypass), vegetarians, body builders, anyone who is practicing moderation or just someone looking for a delicious macro friendly dessert recipe to grace their table! With macros like that and no added sugar feel free to make this crunchy, chocolaty delight more than once!
