- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt, to taste

- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken pieces in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
