Vaishnavism
Start writing..Origin of Vaishnavism The origin of Vaishnavism can be traced back to the verbal teachings imparted by Vishnu himself to Goddess Laxmi and in turn to Visvaksena, the divine angel. The earliest known origin of Vaishnavism can be traced back to the Rig Veda, the oldest religious literature of the world. There are a number of hymns in the Rig Veda which are also repeated in the Yajur Veda and Sama Veda, which speak of Lord Vishnu as the highest personal God, who is the sole creator and controller of the universe and the saviour of humanity Upanishads: The various philosophical and religious doctrines which constitute the chief basis of Vaishnavism are found in the Upanishads in great detail. The basic themes of Ishwar (God), chitta (soul) and acit (matter), the nature of Ishwar as a personal God endowed with attributes, the Bhakti or Upasana as a sadhana or means of God-realization and the nature of Moksha as conceived in Vaishnavism are all taken from the Upanisadic teachings.

Superstition in my and other countries
Start writing...In every country there a lot of superstition that's believed by the people of that country. A superstition is a belief or practice that isn’t entirely based on facts or reality, like carrying a rabbit’s foot because you think it brings you good fortune, or believing that Friday the 13th is a day of bad luck. So now I want to describe the superstition where i live. 1.Meat should not be consumed on certain days Many foreigners stereotype the Indians as being vegetarians. They’re wrong. A lot of Indians are non-vegetarians. Well, except on Tuesdays and Saturdays. 2.Eclipses are bad omens for pregnant women Pregnant women in India have a hard time during eclipses. Not only are they supposed to stay indoors during the entire time, they’re not even allowed to sit cross-legged. 3.An itchy left palm means money is coming to you Been wanting to escape to an exotic holiday location? Have an eye on that swanky new car? All you’ve got to do is close your eyes and wish really really hard that your left palm starts to itch soon! 4.Do not cut nails after sunset Cutting nails after dark is a strict no-no, unless you want to invite some unwelcome misfortune into your life. 5.Wearing gemstones brings good fortune In India, we frequently consult astrologers who advise us to wear certain gemstones to improve our fate. 6.If a black cat crosses your path, then your tasks get delayed or postponed.Poor black cats. They are blamed just for being black (no racist joke here). It's a popular belief in the west too that, if a black cat crosses your path, it’s a bad omen. 7.You lose your wealth, if you shake your legs.Shaking legs is not just a sign of nervousness. It also drives away your wealth. It is believed that if you shake your legs, prosperity will flow away from you. That explains, why we are so broke at the end of the month right! 8.Sweeping floors in the evening drives away Laxmi from the home.Even if your room is filthy, your mom will not let you sweep the floor in the evening. That's because Hindus believe that Goddess Laxmi generally visits homes during the evenings (specifically around 6-7 pm), and therefore sweeping will drive her away. This is, of course, assuming that Goddess Laxmi has a problem with basic hygiene. 9.Eye twitching. It is considered that the right eye twitching is good for men, and the left one brings good news for women. 10.Eating curd before stepping out for work.Well, it is believed that eating curd mixed with a little sugar brings good luck if you are going for an important work or task.

Black magic
Start writing...Speaking plainly, black magic is a kind of malicious activity that is performed with the objective of achieving selfish goals by invoking evil spirits. The practice is called witchcraft and it involves weird practices like casting spells to harm others and gain from such sinister actions. Believe or Not Should you believe in this sort of stuff? I would say, it's foolish to just brush aside such things without knowing what it is or how it works. It is believed that practitioners of black magic use certain secretive methods to exploit the elements of nature to achieve their objectives. Black magic is found all over the world and no society is free from it although it is widely accepted as a normal activity in many societies while in many others it is practiced reluctantly and less intensively. There's no question of rubbishing it because there are enough instances that show it is real even though it appears to be a world of its own. Black magic also known as witchcraft is usage of supernatural power for evil and selfish purposes and to perform malicious practices to destroy someone physically or mentally or financially. It can be done using the victim's hair, clothes, photo or looking directly into eyes. Practicing black magic is not something new, it has been practiced since generations and hence we need to be very careful in this time of Kalyug where you are surrounded by very few well-wishers. Practice this remedy on the night of Amavasya. Take a black thread and tie seven knots at equivalent distance on it. Rotate seven dried red chillies seven times over the thread and wrap them in a black cloth. Burn the cloth outside your home or building after putting some oil on it and wear that black thread on your right ankle. I also advise you to donate seven black clothes to different unprinted people on the night of Amavasya. I suggest you not to consume alcohol as people consuming it are more vulnerable to negative energies. I suggest you rotate salt seven times over the victim anticlockwise and dissolve it in any water body. If you think you are being attracted to something negative, and your aura is slightly different from usual, you should burn camphor every morning and evening in your house. Take black rai, tulsi leaves, mint leaves, lemon's peel, til seeds and nilgiri oil or nilgiri leaves and boil it in water for seven minutes and divide it in seven portions and pour each portion over your body. And do it for seven consecutive days. As per my knowledge, you are more susceptible to negative energies if your Rahu or Ketu comes in close conjunction with Sun and Moon and hence you should consult an experienced astrologer to find solutions for these transitions of planet. Also, I advise you to chant 'Om Ram Rahave Namah' and 'Om Kem Ketave Namah' to keep Rahu and Ketu within good influence. There are certain poojas I would suggest you perform at home if you think you are under the influence of the evil eye. Chaandi Paath, Kaal Bhairav puja and Durga Saptashi pooja are highly recommended. I would also recommend you to keep 'Bhairav Yantra’ in your home to strengthen your aura because your aura is a shield which can protect you from negative energies. Last, if you find extreme symptoms like bruises on your body, itching, burning and stinging pains on different parts of body, your body not responding to medicines for your sickness, suicidal thoughts and shortage of breathing, I would strictly advise you take considerable action and make very sure to visit an astrologer and find reasons and solutions.
