Apple Cider Or Apple Juice - 1 1/2 C

Brown Sugar - 1/2 C

Unsalted Butter - 4 Tbsp

Heavy Cream - 1/4 C

Kosher Salt - 1/4 Tsp

Preparation:

To make the cake, heat your oven at 350°F. Take a small saucepan, add apple cider and boil it then remove the included currants and soak them in.

Then grease a 10-quart nonstick Bundt pan lightly by using shortening and dust it with flour. In a bowl, whisk spices, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

By utilizing an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter in a bowl till it's fluffy and light for 3 - 4 minutes. Mix this at low speed and mix in eggs and best it fully mixed. Add in molasses.

Vegan Chocolate - 250g

Full Fat Coconut Milk - 225g

Sweet Orange Spread - 1 Tbsp

Preparation:

Preheat your oven at 180c/160fan/Gas4. Then grease it and line the sides and base of 2 x 20cm/8inch sandwich tins.

In a bowl, sift together the salt, bicarbonate of soda, cocoa, sugar, and flour. Mix it gently and mix it.

In a jug, combine the liqueur, vanilla, orange zest and juice, oil, and water.

Add your wet ingredients to the dry ones and combine them well for a fairly liquid batter.

Separate your batter within the tins and bake it for 45 minutes or more.

After baking, cool your cake fully in the tins.

For making ganache, chop the chocolate and put it in a huge bowl. Take a saucepan and heat coconut milk and mix in on the chocolate. Put this ganache aside. After your cake becomes firm, fill it with ganache and ice your cake.

Large Egg - 1

Buttermilk - 1/2 Cup

Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Teaspoon

Almond Extract - 1/4 Teaspoon

All-purpose Flour - 1 Cup

Almond Flour - 1/2 Cup

Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Baking Soda - 1/4 Teaspoon

Turbinado Sugar - 1 pinch

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Butter your pan and sprinkle a 9-inch cake pan with flour.

Cut the peaches into bite-sized chunks. Hurl in the peaches with 2 tbsp sugar and nutmeg.

Sugar - 1 Cup

Eggs - 3

Vanilla Extract - 2 Teaspoons

Coarsely Crushed Vanilla Wafers - 1/2 Cup

Preparation:

Heat your oven at 350°. Stir together melted butter, pecans, and crushed vanilla wafers, in a bowl till it's well blended. Grease and flour your 9-inch springform pan then press this mixture to the pan bottom. Line the pan edge by using vanilla wafers with well-rounded sides in opposition to the pan for creating a crust. Bake this for 10 minutes and cool it fully over the wire rack for 30 minutes.

Mix bananas and lemon juice in a saucepan. Add in brown sugar. Cook this at medium-high heat, and stir it for 1 minute till sugar is dissolved.
