What you believe is food is probably not food.

This may seem crazy. This may seem far fetched, but the majority of the things we eat are a product of not only our past, but our present understanding of nourishment in this matrix.

Your body is an organic system that receives and puts out energy. Food is a form of the energy your body receives. When you feed yourself inorganic processed foods your body will not only react, but have to adjust. A large amount of what we understand as epidemics in modern American society are just flaws of our diet. People see a plate of greens and don't see food. We see a piece of cooked tortured animal between bread and understand that as dinner.

When thinking of nature; nature seems to do all things, perfectly, almost like an untraceable organization of chaos. Why would we eat anything other than what nature has created for us to consume? We are natural, and our food comes from nature. That seems pretty easy to understand. It literally grows in unlimited abundance so long as we cultivate it.

Food is the nourishment you give your body to carry out the tasks you feel are necessary.

As Americans, most of us define being full from a tired, post-meal feeling.

Food is meant to give you energy. It is meant to nourish and heal your body. If your body immediately feels tired after consumption, you probably aren't nourishing it. In the black community, the vast majority of how we cook is based on past suffering. It is based on the master's leftovers, and how well we could dress them up. Sadly, because of that, a lot of us lost our way from the true fashion of how we ate. We lost contact with the right foods due to our need to survive. In this new age, the blessing we all share is information and knowledge. We now have the ability to learn what is suitable for our bodies, while still knowing how to give it that flair we crave.

Researching and consuming things beneficial to your body is not just about looking and feeling good. Dr. Sebi, (if you don't know him, he cured AIDS and cancer through diet before he was killed. Look him up) said that the wrong foods going into your body will literally change your cells, DNA, and behavior. Your body is natural and made from elements of this Earth. Due to this fact, your body requires things that are like it. If you don't feed it nature, your DNA, all the way down to the cell, will have to change itself to survive the foods you are putting in it.

HUMANS WERE NOT BORN WITH DISEASE, WE CREATED THEM.

Putting these unnatural foods in your system and expecting energy is like putting mud in your gas tank. It will not work. There are certain things that go certain places. The natural must consume the natural to remain natural. If you were a car, your food is your gas. If we consume unnatural and processed products, the body will start behaving unnaturally. Your body is made up of millions of cells which interact to create you. They eat what you eat. If you feed them unnatural foods, they will behave unnaturally. They will start to mutate, they will start to commit suicide to try and save you. They may even start attacking eachother. This is what disease is on a cellular level. Your cells fighting the things you put into it.

If you feed yourself correctly, your cells will correctly carry out their mission of creating the natural you.

One thing is for certain, EVERYTHING IN YOUR EXPERIENCE TELLS YOU TO AVOID REAL FOOD. It is much harder to find natural food than it is to find artificial. The vast majority of our stores are filled with factory made products and rarely anything grows from the Earth. It isn't easy, but it is worth it. Once you begin to research what foods are actually good for you, you will see you can save on everything you thought you needed.

Meat is usually the most expensive part of grocery shopping. It is also the most dangerous to consume because of how the animals are treated before and after death. You can save money every month by limiting how much you buy. Investing in a natural diet can also save you on doctor visits because you can start to understand how to heal yourself.

ALL OF THE PILLS WE TAKE ARE CONCENTRATED FORMS OF WHAT GROWS IN NATURE.

The only thing is, the natural version doesn't come with side effects or overdosing.

Sometimes the best things in life are behind very hard decisions. Go against the grain with your diet, because going with it has already proven to lead to obesity, depression, heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, high blood pressure, blindness, amputation, and death.

Take care of YOUR(self), because the system won't.
