That's right, our paring team is off again!

This time, at the invitation of Weinan Cultural Tourism, we arranged a two-day and one-night trip to Hancheng, and all the stores we visited were recommended by our fans, and none of them stepped on mine!

I didn't know Hancheng people were so good at eating sheep before I came here, but I didn't know that I could eat lamb soup in the morning, lamb noodles at noon, and grilled lamb skewers at night.

Let's just say, the first cup of milk tea in autumn may be out of fashion, but the first bowl of lamb soup is still in time! Let's take a trip to Hancheng to eat!

Three meals of lamb in one store!

The first stop to Hancheng directly began to eat lamb, did not catch the early morning lamb soup, simply a few others to eat all over, really not I am not irrational, who let the lamb here it smells good.

The must-order is naturally lamb paste, hot paste with cooked lamb slices, and then sprinkled with a handful of green onions to complete. The red oil soup is full of rich meat flavor but not fishy at all.

The paste is shredded cake, as a fast food dating back to the Yuan Dynasty, the table must be eaten quickly, soak a little paste will be broken, but so eat more taste!

Another must is the lamb noodles, noodles can choose buckwheat noodles or cornmeal (I prefer buckwheat noodles), still, red oil lamb soup, served up to whet the appetite.

The standard for eating lamb in Hancheng is a sesame seed cake, the crispy outside and soft inside of the cake soak into the soup to absorb the soup, add rice vinegar to the spicy and sour lamb soup, and soak the cake just right.

The sesame seed cake is made on the same day, and the crispy texture of the cake is even crisper, so it's delicious to eat directly!

Hancheng's cold noodles are also a major feature, noodles will have cold powder on top, a bowl of rice two kinds of taste, seasoning also features, a more amplified chili and vinegar aroma, and a smell of drooling.

Walking in the streets of Hancheng, you will find a street with N buckwheat, and also all the lamb. Hancheng people love the combination of food.

Although the street is full of noodle stores, the taste and popularity of this one are tolevelsel, every noon meal time has to wait for a seat, every half hour to add a pot of soup.

The 10 yuan a bowl of lamb noodles, there are several pieces of lamb, and sour and spicy lamb soup is more appetizing. With 2 yuan sesame seed biscuits, easily feed every diner.

After coming to Hancheng I had a new understanding of cold noodles, the fragrance of the oil spicy seeds hanging evenly on each noodle, not too heavy sour and vinegar taste, but to get a better taste.

The local people also used to eat noodles with oil crispy corners and sugar cake, a sweet and a salty, a lot of taste.

The first time you come to Hancheng and don't know what to eat, you come to the old Chang's house. The super comprehensive Hancheng food collection will satisfy you in just one visit!

In addition to noodles, Hancheng bashful wontons are the most unique snack. The finger-sized small round wontons are a bit like the spicy goosebumps you ate in Shaanxi. The big difference is that you also have to pour meat bacon, so the meat and vegetables look beautiful together!

If you know how to eat, you have to order Hancheng braised vegetables, with ingredients such as meatballs, crispy meat, vermicelli, tofu, etc., braised vegetables in high soup, and a spoonful of hot oil before serving.

The official match for braised vegetables is the pepper leaf oil cake, a thin round cake, covered with crushed pepper leaves, dipped in braised vegetable soup, or, rolled with crispy meat and cabbage, the more you eat, the more fragrant!

Last winter we went to Zichang and were fascinated by the lamb of Lijiaji fork for two days. When we returned to Hancheng, the lamb list was refreshed! I declare myself the best lamb soup of the year!

The rich white soup is only fresh and sweet, the first bite was a swoon! A few chopsticks down can not finish fishing mutton, mutton blood, material sufficient! This family's taste and materials are real intentions, no wonder it is recommended by everyone.

The white soup on the table does not even have salt, you need to add salt and chili pepper (lamb oil spicy seeds oh) when eating, locals sometimes add pepper powder, and then with two cakes, perfect!

Hancheng is a place where you don't have to visit the old city.

An ancient city with good food

If you've been to Hancheng, you'll remember the smell of pepper in the city.

Our last meal was arranged in the Old City Food Street, and we accidentally found a delicious oil lump that was so good that it turned around.

The actual oil lump is the pepper leaf oil cake, but not in the middle of the hole, the more fried the more fluffy, eaten crispy outside, soft inside, soaked in braised vegetables more crispy!

This stew is also good, is the traditional Hancheng sit-down dishes, want to hit the card friends please identify this door!

There are also some special snacks on the old street, among which traditional cakes are especially suitable for souvenirs. The cake on the left in the picture below is called "piá", a special structure with crushed pepper leaves, which is very special.

There is also a kind of oil crispy corner, eaten once in Zhixiu noodles, and found one in the old street, suitable for soaking soup to eat.
