Chicken Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices of bread
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices of tomato
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Let the chicken cool for a few minutes and then slice it thinly.
Toast the bread slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bread slices.
Layer lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, sliced chicken, and cheese on top of one of the bread slices.
Cover with the other bread slice.
Serve the sandwich warm.


Chicken Tikka Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Skewers
Instructions:

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
Mix well and add the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the chicken tikka with naan bread or rice.


Crispy Chicken Recipe:

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg.
In a third mixing bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip the chicken strips into the flour mixture, then the buttermilk mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat the chicken well.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken strips to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the crispy chicken strips with your favorite dipping sauce.


Prawn Pizza Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 pizza dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cooked and peeled prawns
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons Chettinad masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup water
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish


Instructions:

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the cinnamon stick, green cardamom pods, cloves, and bay leaf to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and ginger paste to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped tomatoes, Chettinad masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir well to coat them with the spices.
Pour in the water and stir again.

Ingredients:

2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup water
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish


Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and ginger paste to the pot. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped tomatoes, curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
Add the chicken pieces to the pot and stir well to coat them with the spices.
Pour in the water and stir again.
Bring the curry to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot with a lid, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish the chicken curry with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
