Zucchini Noodle Alfredo with Chicken -

This dish is a great way to enjoy all the flavors of your favorite alfredo dish without all of the carbs!

Ingredients :

-Zucchini noodles

-Shredded chicken

-Heavy cream

-Parmesan cheese

-Garlic cloves

Directions:

-Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat.

-Add in the zucchini noodles and cook for about five minutes, or until they are slightly softened.

-In a separate bowl, mix together the chicken, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic cloves. Add this mixture to the pan and continue cooking until everything is heated through.

-Serve immediately and enjoy!

Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion together. Once cooked through, add in the garlic cloves and crushed tomatoes. Let this cook for about ten minutes before adding in the tomato paste and spinach leaves. Continue cooking until everything is heated through!

-Layer your lasagna with a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom to prevent the noodles from sticking.

-Top with a layer of zucchini noodles, then another layer of meat sauce.

-Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

-Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Directions:

-Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.

-Pour batter into the baking dish, then pop it in the oven! Bake for about 25 minutes before letting it cool off completely. Cut your brownies up however you want, but be warned - they taste best on day one!
