If you're constantly seeking for simple ways to make a little more money, this is the article for you. The little, straightforward things can pile up over time, even though it sometimes doesn't seem like it. So, here are 15 general advice items that are affordable.

  1. You receive a ticket for a free cookie or fountain drink if you complete the survey on the Subway receipt. It only takes a minute to finish.
  2. Pay attention to national "holidays" of food. On holidays like National Pizza Day or National Donut Day, establishments will occasionally offer you free food or discounts. Be sure to follow them on social media.
  3. Check to see if the chain you're ordering from gives discounts for students if you're a student. Occasionally, if you provide your student ID, they'll give you a particular percentage off or a free item.
  4. Ask for the drinks without ice if you want to get the most out of an iced coffee or cold brew order. So that you can pour the coffee into a larger cup with ice, the baristas will fill the coffee all the way to the top in this manner. You get a full cup of iced coffee rather than just a half when you add a tiny amount of milk.
  5. On your birthday or the month of your birth, make sure to visit your favorite fast food and chain eateries. Many of them provide discounts or complimentary food to members of their loyalty programs.
  6. Sports-related promotions should be watched out for. Taco Bell offers complimentary Doritos Locos tacos as part of its "Steal A Base, Steal A Taco" promotion throughout baseball season. The complimentary taco is also yours without having to make any purchases.
  7. Although they are substantially more expensive, Culver's cheese curds are far superior to their french fries. I would order the meal, which always included fries, but I would get cheese curds instead of fries. Despite the upcharge, ordering the sandwich alone with a side of cheese curds was much less expensive.
  8. Use an app to place your order if the place you're going to is going to let you! The majority of businesses offer a first-time customer discount when you register an account on the app. Some also offer free delivery or reward points that you can accumulate and use to get free food and drinks.
  9. Drinks and slushes are always half off when ordered using the Sonic app. 24/7 is happy hour.
  10. Do not hesitate to order a lunch for children. Depending on the restaurant, it's generally more than enough food for me and costs around half as much as an adult meal. Additionally, they frequently include a drink and a dessert.
  11. Order a "large iced shaken espresso, no classic, sub vanilla" if you want a stronger iced vanilla latte at Starbucks for less money than the classic version. Three shots and syrup are automatically included with the iced shaken espresso. This is the more affordable option to order it from my shop.
  12. Order a blonde roast coffee at Starbucks with heavy cream (or your preferred milk) and two pumps of pumpkin syrup for a less expensive version of the pumpkin spice latte. Though much less expensive, it tastes the same.
  13. Coupons for fast food restaurants can be found anywhere. Check the back of your supermarket receipts, your Sunday newspaper, neighborhood fliers, and online. Save the coupons you clipped for locations you are likely to frequent in your car or purse.
  14. Only order a small beverage and then refill because most restaurants offer free refills. Or, to save even more money, just drink water instead of soda.
  15. Making your own Sausage Egg McMuffin may actually be less expensive at some McDonald's locations. Order a plain Sausage McMuffin instead of one with an egg, and then order a round egg separately. Combine the two to create your own!
