Rachel Brosnahan was born July 12 1990 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Carol and Earl Brosnahan III. She was raised in Highland Park, Illinois, and attended Highland Park High School. She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2012 and married her husband Jason Ralph in 2016. Brosnahan’s acting career has included films including Patriots Day and The Finest Hours and the television series the Blacklist, House of Cards, and most notably the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Carol Brosnahan was born on April 7 1961 in England. Earl Brosnahan III was born January 25 1958 in Missouri to Earl Brosnahan II and June Mullen. Earl attended high school in Kansas City, Missouri where he was on the tennis team.

Paternal Grandparents: Earl Brosnahan II and June Mullen

Earl F Brosnahan II was born on July 31 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri to Earl Brosnahan and Helen Mottin. June Mullen was born on June 1 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri to John A.V. Mullen and Terese Mullen. On August 29th 1946 Earl registered for the draft at his local draft board in Kansas City, Missouri when he was just 18 years old. He would later go on to serve in the United States Navy during World War Two on board the USS Hooper Island. On his draft card he is described as being 5’10, 175 lbs, having blue eyes, red hair, and a ruddy complexion.

Earl and June married on April 18 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri when Earl was 24 and June was 26.

During their marriage, Earl and June had six children together during their marriage including, Missy, Earl, Ann, Reta, Eve, and fashion designer Kate Spade.

Earl and June separated in 1970 and officially divorced in 1972 after 19 years of marriage. Their divorce was documented in a local newspaper.

June died on March 31 2010 in Kansas City, Missouri at age 83. Earl died on June 20 2018 in Kansas City, Missouri at age 89. They are both buried in Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.

Paternal Great-Grandparents: Earl Brosnahan and Helen Rose Mottin

Earl Francis Brosnahan was born on March 1 1897 in Knob Noster, Missouri to Daniel Brosnahan and Mary E Connor. Helen Mottin was born on October 28 1903 in Kansas to Ledger Mottin and Katherine Roache. Earl and Helen married in 1924 when Earl was 27 and Helen was 21 and they lived in Kansas City, Missouri. During their marriage, Earl and Helen had six children, Desalme, Katherine, Earl, Legar, Virginia, and Roger. Earl worked as a paving contractor and Helen was a housewife. Earl died on January 30 1963 when he was 63 in Mission Hills, Kansas. Helen died January 16 2008 at age 104.

Paternal 2x Great-Grandparents: Daniel T Brosnahan and Mary E Connor

Daniel T Brosnahan was b0rn on April 2 1873 in Missouri to Timothy Brosnahan, an Irish immigrant, and Mary Reidy. Mary E Connor was born around 1877 in Missouri to parents whose names are not known. Daniel and Mary married on February 12 1896 in Knob Noster, Missouri when Daniel was 22 and Mary was 19.

Daniel and Mary lived on Karnes Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Daniel worked as a paving contractor and Mary was a housewife. During their lives together, Daniel and Mary had eight children together, Earl, Emmet, Thomas, Mary, Virginia, Louise, Maude, and Robert. Daniel died on January 13 1938 in Kansas City, Missouri at age 64. Mary died on May 23 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri at age 76. They are buried in Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.
