Life of a Pre-Vet Student
Many people ask me what is it like to be a student who wants to become a veterinarian. Do I do it because I get to play with animals every day? It is honestly on a rare occasion that students in the pre-vet track get to play with animals because of the amount of work we do. We are on the same level as medical students because we take the same classes, but we just deal with animals rather than people. That is the only difference that I can see, but a lot of people have tried to dissuade me from continuing the path of becoming a veterinarian because they believe that all we do is play with animals.

My History with Languages
I have to start off by letting you know I am horrible with languages and always have been. With age I've gained some patience and that has helped me a lot. A few of the reasons why I think I've had problems learning languages is that I don't have great memorization skills and I get confused pretty easily. Luckily I can sometimes be pretty determined to do things.

Reasons to Consider Boarding School
Boarding schools have unfairly garnered a sort of bad reputation among parents and children unfamiliar with the actual workings of these unique educational establishments. These reasons to consider boarding school cover the vast array of advantages that boarding schools offer, and they just might convince you to consider sending your child to finish their studies at a boarding school.

Why UCLA Is the Right School for Me
UCLA is simply the right school for me, and that’s the bottom line as I have done some research. UCLA has many programs available although I’m not sure if I want a joint law/masters. I know I want an MBA. But well, first comes a plain old law degree. What I want to do is help mentally ill people get SSI or a job, since we have it pretty difficult when we look for jobs. I can take paralegal classes at De Anza until I enroll in UCLA.
