Does Atar Matter?
I have just finished high school last year and going to University next year and I have been thinking whether all the stress, anxiety, and pressure to perform well was really worth it after all Atar is only valid for two years before disappearing without a trace.

At the Episcopal School of Los Angeles (ESLA), having a diverse student body and infusing its curriculum with a strong sense of social justice are not trendy buzz words; they are essential parts of the school's DNA.

Finnegan PiersonPublished 4 years ago in EducationLife as a School Counselor....
I have been a School Counselor now for two and half years and I have to say I have my days where I feel like changing my career path lol. Serious... this is not easy. I love what I do and how I help the students, but it can be very draining at times. We stay late to help students with career paths, applications for schools and editing essays for scholarships. On top of that, all the parent meetings to talk to the parents about their child failing. I can see why when I can a teen the teachers had summers off, children can really drain the life out of you. Furthermore, the staff and parents can be a bit much as well. All the pointing fingers and not taking responsibility for their actions get to me at times. But I would not change what I do for anything.

Hello, I’m going to start off by introducing myself and talking about why I’m here. I won’t reveal my real name so I’ll just go by light. I’m 15 years old and a junior in highschool. I’m currently taking IB, yeh haha the struggle is real. Anyway, so this is a place for me to vent? I guess lol and just talk about my experience and struggles in general. And possibly give advice to other students? If anyone has any.
Beginning of English Education in India
The British government emphasizes English as a medium of instruction in India as they wanted to praise the British conquerors and their regimes. However, the main reason for enforcing the British education system in India was to create a class of anglicized Indians. This was the cleverest way to de-route the future Indian generations from their culture and traditions. Also, Britishers wanted to create the dominance of western culture in the entire Indian subcontinent.

Dennis McKonkiePublished 4 years ago in EducationHigh School: It Wasn't the Worst Experience of my Entire Life
A narrative often fed through pre-teen and teen media is that high school is one of the most damaging and scarring experiences that can happen to a person. I'm not here to totally disqualify that sentiment; for many people, high school is a very unpleasant and traumatising chapter in their lives and I am not writing this article to say those feelings are invalid. I am here to say, however, that high school for me (particularly in the last 2 years) was a time of great enjoyment. That's not to say it didn't take me a while to get there - trust me, I have many a story from my early high school years - but I recognise now how lucky and indebted I am to my high school for the education I recieved and the friends I was able to make. To get more of an understanding of how I got to this place though, we need to start at the very beginning: primary school.
Invisible- Chapter 2
As I walked into the bathroom, I surveyed the damage in the mirror and instantly regretted it. I looked terrible! I already had dried blood all over different parts of my face and hand. I looked like I just came off the battlefield. To top it off, I had fresh blood still trickling down to my chin.
To the Seniors Eager to Graduate...
We've all seen those posts: "to the seniors that think they are ready to graduate." You know, the posts that praise the experiences you have in high school and discuss all of the things you will miss after you're gone. Well, guess what? Here's an unpopular opinion: High school isn't the greatest time of your life. And it shouldn't be.
Your Many Options After High School
High school seems to last an eternity while you’re living it, but in the grand scheme of things, you are only just beginning the rest of your life when you celebrate your high school graduation. It’s the odd stage of life where you are not a child anymore and can legally register to vote or get married, but you’re definitely not an adult yet and have no idea where life will take you next. No matter what happens, never forget that a mind is a terrible thing to waste. Make the most of your youth and figure out how to use that brilliant brain of yours to navigate the next steps of your education.

The best way that I know how to describe the true heartbeat of homeschooling is to first compare and contrast the difference between an entrepreneur versus an employee of a company.
