I know it's awkward to watch crime thrillers for the sociopath's leadership abilities, but I can't stop myself. Red is one of my favorite characters.

In this blog, I'll provide you with a list of 10 leadership traits from Raymond Reddington that everyone may learn and appreciate.

(1) He is an excellent communicator

He has an uncanny ability to talk himself out of any problem. He has excellent social skills and is always willing to share a story. Everything seems natural and genuine as if he were a word magician who could communicate with anyone at any moment.

(2) He always has a backup plan

He is always willing to improvise and alter his original strategy if necessary. If things go wrong, he reacts quickly. He expects everything to go as planned, but he constantly prepares for the worst.

(3) He treats everyone with respect

It is obvious that he has an excellent education and is kind and respectful to everyone around him. It's a tremendous pleasure to accompany him, even though he's the evil guy.

(4) He is constantly looking out for himself

He is a consummate opportunist, taking advantage of every opportunity. He has a personal goal that involves others, yet he is the one who wins at the end of the day.

(5) He is an excellent negotiator

Like every other psychopath, he is an excellent and clever negotiator. He always knows how to converse and can nearly always turn a situation in his favor.

(6) He has a keen ability to read people

His most significant quality, in my opinion, is his ability to read people. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and can discern the moods and emotions of others. Almost every time, he knows what the others are up to.

(7) He maintains his composure in the face of adversity

He manages everything with composure, no matter how horrible the circumstance is. He, like any other psychopath, maintains his composure and is capable of making quick judgments.

(8) He is a master planner

When it comes to planning and scheming, he excels. He understands how to work with his team and how to consider all of the necessary aspects to complete tasks correctly. He gives the appearance that he is unfazed by anything.

(9) He cultivated a valuable network of contacts

He quickly realized that he couldn't achieve much on his own, so he formed a network of good individuals with a variety of skills. He has physicians, accountants, fixers, attorneys, and other high-ranking officials on his payroll, all ready to intercede for the proper price.

(10) He is a loyal person

To work with Raymond Reddington, one of the most important traits you must possess is loyalty, both to him and the plan. He is quite picky about the people with whom he does business, and he always picks loyal individuals. He punishes those who betray him, including killing them, while rewarding those who do not.

Bonus (11) He knows when to say NO

Reddington will occasionally fold a deal, regardless of what is going on and whether he said it or not. They stifle our progress, instill dread, and prevent us from achieving our goals. This is due to apprehension about the unknown. Isn't it better to know the devil?

Reddington isn't convinced. He goes on, even if it means taking drastic measures (like killing someone; please don't bring this up at work!)

Leaders write their own book and, if needed, take out some of the pages to make room for new ones.

Thank you for taking the time to read this far. I'm quite interested in hearing your thoughts about Red, so please leave a remark if you have any.
