My Anxiety'
For as long as I can remember, anxiety has been my constant companion. It's like a shadow that follows me everywhere, always lurking in the background, waiting to pounce. Some days it's a gentle hum, a nagging feeling in the pit of my stomach. Other days it's a full-blown attack, leaving me breathless and paralyzed.

"My Introvert Personality"
As a child, I was always the quiet one in the room. While my friends were laughing and playing, I would sit back and observe, taking it all in. I thought it was just because I was shy, but as I grew older, I realized that it was more than that. I was an introvert, and it was a fundamental part of my personality.

Breaking free from the obsession of work
In our modern society today you have to become obsessed with work for you to go far. Aside from those born in really extreme wealth, the rest of us have to work very hard in order to obtain sufficient wealth to allow us live comfortably or at least how we wish. Some people are contented with having an average life, while others are more concerned with doing all they can to get all they can, this eventually leads us to become workaholics.

My Journey as a Psychologist
I still remember the day I decided to become a psychologist. I was in college, studying psychology and fascinated by the human mind. "Humble Request"
As I walked through the dusty streets of the small village, I couldn't help but feel a sense of desperation wash over me. My family and I had been struggling to make ends meet for months, and I had heard of a wealthy merchant who lived on the outskirts of town, known for his generosity and willingness to help those in need.

Becoming Known
If you ever watch The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, you may have seen the segment where he uses a "highly scientific questionnaire" of 15 life-defining questions to interview his guest celebrities and make them "known" to the world. Those interviews are always fun and I often give my own answers along with the celebrities. Some of them are quite witty and somewhat educational, I think, so I've decided to write them down.
