1. Another week, another chance to get better. You know I hate Mondays, but it is the start of the week so I guess I’ll just have to thug it out. I think the worst part about it is waking up in the morning after sleeping in all weekend. If you ask me I don’t think anybody my age likes waking up at six just to go to school. They really need to change that. Move the time up to nine for when we’re supposed to be in school because I’ll be in the first period slumped. It is getting ridiculous.

4. He brings out 2 cartons of eggs from his back room. There were 20 of us in the class so there would be enough for everyone. He explains how we would be taking care of this egg as if it were our own child. For a whole week. The amount of nervous faces in the class was crazy. I don’t think any of us have any faith in ourselves. I know I’ll try to. And just in case we break our egg and try to replace it, he stamped each egg with a custom stamp. Hopefully my baby goes uncracked.

3. Christmas break is coming up so I thought the next couple weeks would be a breeze. But of course that is not the case. It’s Clara Jones High, two nice things can’t happen in a row. Our teacher assigns us a new project. The project as he was explaining it made no sense to me. Like what’s the point of assigning anything when all of our grades are already submitted. But he was saying bonus points would be automatically added onto next semester. Say less. Go ahead and tell us what’s the moves teach. The infamous annual egg baby project.

2. The kid who’s watching the door quickly told everybody that the teacher was walking down the hall. Everybody immediately started picking up the paper, putting the desk back in place, sitting down in the seats and just talking with their inside voices. Acting like nothing happened. The teacher walks in and greets us

1. Just another day at Clara Jones High School. Go to science class in the morning and all of my friends are there before me, per usual. Cracking jokes, waiting for the bell to ring. In the morning and I was supposed to come here. I'd really rather be at home right now. I hate school so much besides science class. It's at least my favorite class here before the rest of the day just gets flushed down the toilet. No teacher in sight. Bunch of kids up out of their seats. Jumping on the desk. Throwing paper. Typical morning chaos.
