The ABC Killer
Moses Sithole, the worst serial killer in South Africa hunted, raped and murdered 38 young women from the towns of Atteridgeville to Boksburg to Cleveland. Sithole became known as the ABC Killer and his heinous crime spree lasted only a year. The perfect predator, he took full advantage of the cultural changes that came with the end of Apartheid. The ABC Killer preyed on his victims' needs to support their families, offering them jobs through a company that didn’t exist.

The Kansas City Butcher - Robert Berdella
The crimes of Gacy, Dahmer, and Nilsen pale in comparison to the level of brutality Berdella’s victims suffered. Berdella’s crimes spanned three years, and at least 6 young men died, all of which were buried in his yard.

Case Closed: The Claremont Serial Killer
Two decades ago in Claremont, the hub of the western suburbs of Perth, South Australia was rocked with the disappearance of three young women. Just last month on the 24th September 2020 Justice Stephen Hall delivered his long-awaited verdict in the conviction of 51-year-old Bradley Robert Edwards. The former Telstra worker was found guilty for the murders of Jane Rimmer and Ciara Glennon but acquitted of the murder of Sarah Spiers in the Claremont serial killings case, Australia’s longest-running, and most expensive criminal investigation.

Justice for Kathleen Folbigg
For 17 years Kathleen Folbigg has been imprisoned at Silverwater Correctional Centre, New South Wales for the deaths of her 4 children. The evidence that convicted her was circumstantial and relied heavily on the harrowing diary entries of a grieving mother. Kathleen Folbigg has always maintained her innocence. Now genome sequencing of Kathleen and her 2 daughters reveals a genetic mutation that indicates the children died of natural causes.

Profile of the Female Serial Killer
When asked to name a famous serial killer plenty come to mind: Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Dennis Rader, The Zodiac Killer. Aileen Wuornos might pop up but predominantly when asked most people will name male serial killers. A former FBI profiler once stated that there are no female serial killers, but of course, there are. One in six U.S. based serial killers are female and overall they are better killers than their male counterparts.

Australia Unsolved: Mr. Cruel
Just over thirty years ago, a predator sparked unprecedented fear in Melbourne parents and children. To this day the Australian bogeyman who is known only as Mr. Cruel remains unidentified. Mr. Cruel is a paedophilic serial rapist who targeted young girls and is the prime suspect in the abduction and murder of Karmein Chan. In 2016, 25 years after the murder of Karmein Chan Victorian Police increased the reward for the information that leads to Mr. Cruel's arrest and conviction from $100,000 to $1,000,000.

Eric Edgar Cooke
Eric Edgar Cooke was born 25th February 1931 in Victoria Park, Perth and was the eldest of 3 children. Cooke was born with a cleft palate and hare lip, he endured intense bullying throughout his school life due to his deformities. Eric Edgar Cooke’s home life was no better, he received beatings from his alcoholic father on a daily basis, emotionally neglected. Cooke also suffered from a number of conditions that included regular blackouts spending a lot of time in the hospital due to them; headaches; many illnesses and injuries from being accident prone. Despite this Cooke became a very adept cat-burglar confessing to more than 200 burglaries.
