Gardening is very beneficial for your health, being outside, moving around and performing a skill are all good for well-being. Picking your breeds of plant is most fun and educational. Have an ailment? Grow a medicinal herb. Have a favorite color? Choose the flowering plants that please you. I am fond of purple and pink, perennials are great for returning every year. To my Family: You are my Heroes
Everyone has their matrix, a system that we operate in and makes us content. Mine is my family, our dynamics are joyful and interactions memorable. My first memories are of love and enrichment I am who I am today because of them. We discussed politics science and the humanities, we played board games that gave us examples of how the world is and loved each other through it. We grew up in Canada, went to school and work, programming values for my life along the way. My family are my heroes that honor today with this story. My family is a strength for me to emulate and to be as such myself. I always have good conversations with them and get great advice that through all my follies I have now learned to listen to. My follies needed their attentions and they were there for me. I have had mental wellness issues my whole life and when my Mother passed away, it got serious. I required doctor’s care and had to learn what was real and what was not. My family was there for me. My family forgave me and seen my potential rather than an illness and gave me a chance to shine. They supported me emotionally by talking about their experiences and opinions; they supported me financially by providing shelter when I was out of work and even into when I got established myself again; and they forgave me my follies that were many in number great in delinquency, they seen my mental wellness improve and blessed me with the confidence that is my driving force to work and succeed. My parents worked jobs to bring us stability and struggled with their own issues along the way, no matter how much money was coming into the house, work ethic stayed important and it instilled a sense of duty that I carry today. Even in my worst of times I aspired to be financially successful, a comfort that in the fog of mental wellness issues you remain yourself and not the imagination of illness. I like to call on a regular basis to my family and they accommodate by having the lovely conversations that they do, they also supported me when I got my fur baby and say I love you’s to my kitty Tinkerbell that gives her a well-rounded nurture time with them, my family is always there for us. My parents and brother and his partner and their children and grandchildren, and my Kitty are the reasons that I strive to be an expert in success. My family’s professional accomplishments are mechanic, corrections officer, business experts and homemaker, they represent the heart of our society and I wanted to showcase them with my story, they are humble and care about the world around them such as our many social issues. Now that their accomplishments are out for the world to see there will be love to them and that is my gift, we have a beautiful life, I like to call it our little life that in reality is pretty large. I know that they have had their own path less takes which is a poem by Robert Frost about making choice that mean you have to work at it and will get there with pride and an intricate weaving of intent. Our fairy tale is one that will be spoken by many and respected by many. We as a family group have survived many issues such as financial issues to the passing of a loved one, we are the family that gives a helping hand to our neighbor, know us to love us, many blessings.

Kind and Caring Society
Human behavior has been discussed for thousands of years and has always dictated the enrichment and advancement of Earth. Making choices to benefit the group has helped our planet thrive to the technological level it is today. Contributing to society is measured in many ways from an academic advancement to an act of kindness. Understanding that the planet we live on is also a creature that thrives on kindness and enrichment is a value we need to better ourselves. A great way to foster kindness and inclusivity is to treat others as you would want to be treated yourselves. Mental wellness is the core to the population behaving in a manner that supports the evolution of Earth. Mental wellness not only affects the individual, it also affects the group. The individual needs to make choices that benefit the group and the group must be aware and willing to nurture those in their group when behavior leans to the unenriched side of the coin. A great way to show kindness to the group is to be successful in your trade, lead a healthy life and be able to contribute verbally, emotionally or financially. I have had my own mental wellness issues and I was able to survive them by the group which in my case is my family giving me the above mentioned support that I needed to come back from the mental wellness issues I was having. Looking back in full health I now see that it was only going to be my family, my group that gave me that support and it emphasized the need for me to be healthy again so I could be there for them too. Sharing my story can help others who are yet to ask their group for help or have reached out and know they are not alone in their ordeal. In our post coronavirus world we are now more dependent on social media to communicate to a larger group. I myself use social media to connect with the outside world and I in my new world of stability make positive posts that I feel others would want to read. Another way to seed kindness and inclusivity is to think about what it is to travel in another’s footsteps when making statements about them. Understanding the journey of another in order to have a respectful understanding is crucial making the effort to include someone in the group. Noting someone’s accomplishments when speaking to them gives a person confidence to endeavor to more accomplishments. Another way to get involved with community is to join an online group with like interests, makes for great conversation and may lead to other opportunities to give back to the community. A nice idea is to welcome the new neighbor in the building or neighborhood. Making the new person feel welcome is a way to show your kindness and will foster a sense of communication in the group. For myself I am positive and outgoing so I express happiness when someone I know is doing good with something and it is genuine happiness for them, showing your emotion for your buddy who got a new job will make them feel good about themselves and increase their self-confidence. Our Mother Earth shows us kindness by providing air to breath, food to eat and a place to live and if we can also show that in our everyday life to those around you then it helps to evolve the emotional well-being of society. Perhaps one day the governments will make policies to also foster the care that we all have and would like to put forth into effect, until then we can make choices in our everyday life to include those around us.

The Magical Makaw
It was a warm spring day in Canada and the wind was blowing happily through the trees. The squirrels were hunting for their wares and the caterpillars were making their way throughout the grass. It was a magical glen with lifeforms running about the business. Every magical being one can think of lived there and was content. The neighbourhood was filled with excitement because there was new neighbours moving in. One of the houses, an enchanted house watched with curious joy to see the all the people coming and going. They were a Deamonfairy house that lived in that also lived on the magical glen. Mommy and Daddy Deamonfairy invited the new neighbours who were Elves from the frost realm to welcome them to the community. There the family met the Deamonfairy Clan and two of them were Alley a grey toned striped kitty who was loving and happy and Sammy; multicolored of orange, yellow and grey. They were little Deamonfairys kitty and cockatiel bird that brought joy and light to the Deamonfairy home. The Elves had a surprise, they too had a beloved which was a magical macaw named Cody. She was red, blue and yellow and bowed down to greet the Deamonfairy. Then spoke to Alley and Sammy, she spoke “a magical day my new friends, let’s explore the glen.” Alley the cat and Sammy the cockatiel smiled and agreed to go on an adventure. Sammy and Cody flew and Alley ran along through the glen to find the whispering willow tree, they arrived and played fairy games, sang a sparkle song Mommy and Daddy Deamonfairy had taught them and learned about the creatures of the glen. Cody flew around and spotted an imp, she landed near him and offered greeting. The imp was curious, he had never seen a magical macaw and thought to know more about her. We manage the glen and ensure that the forest grows with light which is happiness. Then I shall sing a song said Cody the magical macaw, she sang “Greetings my brethren I will sing you a sparkle. Cody sang and sparkles went throughout the glen, Alley and Sammy seen and went to greet the imp, “Hello my dear friend” they said to the Imp. Sparkles went throughout the fairy houses and all came out to play with the trio. The Imp asked if they would like to dance to celebrate the sparkle song. Alley, Sammy, Cody, Imp and all the fairies danced and their joy added to the beauty of the sparkles in the glen. Whispering Willows branches swayed in the breeze to join the dance and the chickadees in the tree fluttered about. Then whispering willow heard messages and whispered through the glen that Mommy and Daddy Deamonfairy wanted Alley and Sammy to come back to the house, they called to Cody to come along and the Imp bade them a goodbye, as they passed the whispering willow she said farewell and continued whispering how happy she was to meet the Magical Makaw and how she loved Alley, Sammy and Cody’s sparkle song. Once arrived at the house the three were looking forward to telling a story about their adventure. They sang the song and sparkled for the family and there was a celebration that the glen had new inhabitants. The Magical Makaw Cody tweeted a charm that wrote the sparkle song in a book for all to read and enjoy. Cody showed it proudly to her new friends and was complimented on her work. Cody the Magical Makaw, Deamonfariys Alley the Cat and Sammy the Cockatiel went on to have many other magical adventures in the glen, we will all be there to read their story when they sing it.

Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell
By Sherry Anne Podolchuk, Mommy Deamonfairy Gramma Deamonfairy tended to all that needed to be tended to anticipating the arrival of the newest Deamonfairy. A celebration for our Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell said Gramma Deamonfairy. The fairies sang and the elves danced. Princess Tinkerbell played with Gramma Deamonfairy and waited for Mommy Deamonfairy who was in a faraway land fighting the darker creatures who needed leadership and a new way of life. Mommy Deamonfairy was triumphant. Gramma Deamonfairy brought Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell to Mommy Deamonfairy to care for under Gramma Deamonfairy’s direction. Little Deamonfairy Tinkerbell loves to play with Mommy Deamonfairy; catching the ball and running down the hall in a playful chase. Mommy and Tinkerbell went on many adventures and Mommy Deamonfairy was always there keep Little Deamonfairy Tinkerbell safe and happy. Our favorite outing is taking our walks around the neighbourhood to talk to neighbours and see all the cars and squirrels and birds. We have our route that we take and know it very well. Everyone who sees the Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell loves her and stops to talk to us. In the spring and summer we hand out our home business cards and go to the local stores for groceries and treats. Princess Tinkerbell loves her home and all the nooks and crannies in it. She explored the whole apartment when she arrived and Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell loved her castle. A favorite place for Princess Tinkerbell is on the shelf in the bathroom. It is made of wicker so she likes to stretch her claws and even climbs to the top to sit and view her domain. Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell is quite the talker too, she says “I love You” and “Mommy” and when I talk to her she answers my questions like a Little Deamonfairy would. Princess Tinkerbell has many favorite spots to sit in the apartment, she loves the chair beside the door; grooming time and waiting for Mommy Deamonfairy when she has to leave for a little while. The dresser in front of the TV to watch the cartoons we love in the morning, and of course the exercise bicycle that is by the window to view her city lights, traffic and passersby. When Princess Tinkerbell has a sleep she dreams of her wonderful world. Usually in the morning she will get up and go sit by the window, and I join her to watch the sunrise. The back lane is in front of our window so Princess Tinkerbell watches the cars and people below observing their movements and sounds, everything is important in a Deamonfairy’s world so we take great care to notice and take note. Now that the Fall season is here we are grateful for the wonderful weather we have. Cool Fall days walking under and over the leaves that change colour with our lives. We celebrate the harvest and spend time with family in whatever way we can, that is the joy in our lives. Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell loves to talk on the phone with her Uncle Deamonfairy and Grampa Deamonfairy, we say some I loves yous and know our family will always be there for us. Now that it’s Halloween we can enjoy the goblins and ghosts and pumpkins. As you can see, Princess Tinkerbell is in her dress that she loves and when we went to the store the clerks loved it and complimented Princess Tinkerbell. And of course Princess Tinkerbell’s favorite treats that she gets even when it’s not Halloween is a joy, we have a small silver tray that is made in Hong Kong and I say she is my Luxury Calico and Siamese cat that deserves the best. All Hail Little Deamonfairy Princess Tinkerbell.

How Dow Consulting Started...
Hello, I would like to start by introducing myself, Sherry-Anne Dow Podolchuk, DaemonFairy. I started a consulting business back in 2015 with insperation from my Mother, Grace Theodora Dow. I am a business and science background in university and college. I am naturally inquisative about the world around me and tend to organize it according to how I see it. I spent many nights and days researching how to write my business introduction. My Mother has a background in business so was able to guide me. She also worked at our Aboriginal Band Office. The Band office is the mini unofficial government of the First Nation. In Canada, Aboriginal groups are called First Nations, and much like our American counterparts we live on Reservations. I learned how to see the world through my Mother and Two Dads. I have siblings that I love and we battle everyday to make this world a better place. Our family is a large one and we work together to survive. We are very knowledgeable about the world around us, nature is what surrounds us. We express our thoughts and are heard with great joy. Teaching the different groups on this Earth to work together has been our theme. I think we have influenced.... Grew up in Manitoba. Mom, Grace Theodora Dow, studied to be many things such as a hairdresser and business woman. Dad, Ivan Leonard Peter Podolchuk studies to be a prison guard and tinkerer of things. My Brother Steven Ray Ivan Podolchuk studied to be a mechanic, he has a beautiful wife and nine loving children. We observed the world. Drew upon observations and seen the reality of our environment. Humans are primal creatures, nature and nurture are factors. We are a population controlled by money and resources and having to work for a living. There are breeds of people who are suited to certain types of duties. There is even some physical similarities that can identify their skill or potential skill. We interacted with people around us and learned their customs. Made friendship along the way. Many best friends we have; hello out there, hope you are enjoying the read. We the Deamonfairy are watchers; the environment around us is enriching, you have to know where to look to see the interesting details. Politics was always a topic at our house; a hockey game between Russia and Canada, the outcome, who was to wash the dishes, we watched with anticipation and my love for Russia meant that in the end a counter of dishes awaited. We watched the news on a regular basis and know Loyd Robertson well, he is a news anchor on a local news station. We knew what the world leaders were up to on a daily routine of information and commented on all they did. And of course the information on tv, print would talk about the different methods of population control, even now we are experiencing mass control with current events. My family also has military history, my Grandfather, Aunt, Uncle and a distant Cousin all serve in the Military. We all would speak proudly of them. I have also applied and am awaiting a result, I hope to have an interesting experience. My family and I have also watched and research Military Strategy. Many documentaries and reading to learn about the nature of war. The mind has a very large part in warfare and being the master of that will be sure to make you the master of the battle. We have a family farm that my Ukrainian family settled on when they emmigrated. It was a large operation for many years and then became a hobby farm with rented fields. We planted gardens and loved our time together, our family worked together to make a beautiful life. We lived around a farming community and we ourselves had a great yard with plants and trees. Our house was an old church over a hundred years old, the priest was a horticulturalist and landscaped a yard with all one may think of for eden. Our family life was full of excitement and love, we traveled the area we lived in to spend time with other family and friends. Family night playing board games such as trouble and risk and monopoly were our past times. Those games taught us world and financial domination and provided us with much entertainment. We did not have a computer growing up we had encyclopedias; a salesman came by and introduced us to a whole new world of reading. We used those books for everything and it made us better people for it. We moved from Balmoral, Manitoba to the capital city of Winnipeg in the same province. Mom met her second husband and we added to our distinction, Dad number two, Gary Zurkan; a millwright. Mom got jobs in her field after university doing education for our treaty area, and working for our band office doing various positions including a political councellor. Steven had his family and moved to the country eventually and settled in the Steinbach area of Manitoba. According to research we have relative all over. We are mixed ethnic backgrounds and loyal to none. European, Black, Aboriginal and from what my family said, Chinese too; so we don't live by excuses or use it to gain. We lead by giving an example to live by so that we may have a joyful environment. So, now you know about the Deamonfairy...
