The Corona Virus and Human Nature
When you turn on the news, search through social media feeds or pick up an old-school newspaper, its story after story about empty shelves at the supermarkets, businesses shutting down and people running around in fear of an invisible and unsympathetic threat.
Dry Mouth and Oral Thrush
The mouth is a pretty amazing thing. And for the most part, it is pretty darn good at holding it's own when it comes to health conditions. Many nasty organisms find it to be a very inhospitable environment. But, some people, a lot in fact, do suffer from some issues in this area including two I have personal experience with, dry mouth and oral thrush.

Super Easy No-Bake Treats You've Never Heard Of
Over the last decade, no-bake treats and sweets have really begun to gain steam and notoriety. Perhaps it is because they are usually pretty easy to make and don't require much prep time, or maybe it is because you don't have to use an oven which can be a huge benefit on hot summer days. Then again, it could be something to do with the fact that these types of goodies can easily be build into a fun and creative activity with children. No matter what the reason may be for the surge in the no-bake phenomenon, it sure looks like it's here to stay. And as such, I thought I'd offer a few unique ideas that you likely have not heard of.
Q and A with 'ANW's' Allyssa Beird
(Q) Jason: What is your pre-game routine, if you have such a thing, before an ANW run? (A) Allyssa Beird: I know a few ninjas have specific foods they will eat, or a certain warmup they will do. I don't have anything too specific that I tend to regularly do before my runs, though I do ensure I have warmed up sufficiently and have visualized the course a good handful of times. So, I suppose, the visualization is the most regular thing I will do that is more specific than just warming up. I find a quiet place, close my eyes, and try to run through the course in real-time, timing myself after a few run-throughs in my head. I play through a couple of scenarios to see how the time changes, if I can anticipate any issues or ways to be more efficient, and then I continue to warm up!
Real Ways to Make a Little Extra
If you do even the minimal amount of research for ways to make money online, chances are that you have probably been bombarded with articles, ads, pop-ups and posts that talk about the easy ways to earn quickly. The problem is, most of them aren’t as advertised.
Finding the Root of Mass Shootings and Violence
As sad as it is, the reality is that on any given day anymore, we can wake up to hear about yet another mass shooting somewhere in the United States. While everyone of sound mind and any level of decency can agree that these events are tragic and senseless, what many cannot agree on is what to do about them.
Why I Feel Sorry for Liberals
Why I Feel Sorry for Liberals First off, I’m not a conservative or liberal. Let’s get that out of the way. My thought is that moderates make for the best leaders. In fact, I would venture to say that moderates are the only ones who have made any real, positive, lasting impacts on the world. Notice I said “lasting” and “positive” in that statement. There are plenty of people who have had fleeting and negative influences, but who needs that? Think about it for a moment. Let’s take politics. Abraham Lincoln, arguably one of the most impactful leaders in our nation’s history—moderate. In terms of civil rights, Martin Luther King Jr.—moderate. This even applies to religion.
