How 'The High Republic' Affects Our Views On The Jedi
One of the promises of the High Republic is to show us the Jedi at the height of their glory. This is what Obi-Wan Kenobi thinks about when he talks about the golden age of the Jedi and how they were the guardians of peace and justice throughout the galaxy for a thousand generations. This is a promise that has been fulfilled thus far through the series and beyond.

Why 'Star Wars' Should Not Be Like The MCU
The Big Two In the 21st century, there are two major franchises: Star Wars, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Both are the two biggest intellectual properties in the entire world. Both are owned by Disney, and both are the two pop culture moneymakers of the company. However, both are very different as well. Both are run by different heads, but also both have two very completely different structures and ways in how they make their films and release them. Many within the fandom want Star Wars to be more like Marvel for they see Marvel right now as the better of the two. Should Star Wars be more like Marvel? Well, perhaps not. Star Wars is not the Marvel Cinematic Universe and there is a reason for that.

'Lord Vader: A Star Wars Story' Fan Trailer Will Turn You To The Dark Side
I think it's safe to say no one, not even George Lucas himself, could have possibly imagined just how big Star Wars would turn out to be. The franchise already has a lifespan of more than four decades, yet shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon, much to the delight of the absolutely huge fanbase. Since the release of the original trilogy, more and more new content has been released, focusing on characters old and new.

Mark Hamill Explains The Insane Secrecy Behind Luke Skywalker's Cameo
When The Mandalorian Season 2 aired last year, there were cameos that some viewers already knew for sure would be happening. However, there was one cameo that people did not expect for certain, though there was wishful hoping. And when it unfolded, those who were hoping it would happen were in about as much awe as those who did not even have the possibility on their radars. That cameo is, of course, Luke Skywalker, and Mark Hamill was involved in the making of the scene. Though there have been bits of info here and there, people still to this day wonder about the process of bringing that scene to the screen. How did it all go down? How involved was Mark Hamill exactly? For several months, much of this has been a mystery.

Kenobi Series Actor Teases The Show Will Feature These Jedi & Sith Characters
Back in December of 2020, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy announced that Hayden Christensen would return to the Star Wars galaxy as Darth Vader for an epic rematch with his old master and now arch-enemy Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Disney+ miniseries of the same title. It is not known yet if Hayden’s role will require him to always wear the iconic black suit on screen, but there have been recent rumors of some flashback scenes of the Clone Wars era. Thus, it is quite possible that we will see both pre-Mustafar Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader. In March, Lucasfilm then announced the full cast of the upcoming series:

Hasbro Reveals Giant Rancor Through Haslab
Whether or not you actually like Star Wars personally, no one can deny that it is one of the biggest and most lucrative franchises in cinema history. Since the release of the very first film back in 1977, toy companies have made an absolute fortune creating replicas of lightsabers, blasters, and action figures based on some of the most popular characters, with some of them going on to become extremely rare. Fans have literally spent hundreds and thousands of dollars, pounds, and other currency amassing a huge collection. Some fans even have rooms specifically dedicated to all things Star Wars.

Would Star Wars Adopting A Multiverse Be A Good Idea?
Multiverse! That seems to be the name of the game when it comes to a lot of the major franchises today. Marvel has recently brought up the idea of multiverse. Even DC has brought in the idea with their films, although these are things that go back all the way to the comic books, where there are multiple incarnations of the characters. However, not every franchise has a multiverse. For example, on a technical level Star Wars does not.

The Best 'Star Wars' Planets To Visit On Holiday
With everything opening back up, vacations are on everyone’s minds. We all just want to get away and relax and forget about life for awhile. But what if vacationing in the Star Wars universe were possible? What planets would be the best to just sit back, relax, and get your vacation on? While there are definitely some planets that would probably not make the list for example, Tatooine may be a giant sandbox, but there’s no ocean or places to cool off so what’s the point of sand without swimming? There are definitely some planets in the galaxy that would make anybody looking for a good relaxing time very happy.

How Michael Stackpole's 'Rogue Squadron' Novel Could Influence The Movie
When anthology films set in the Star Wars universe were announced, the list of stories fans hoped would end up in theaters seemed to be as long as a Star Destroyer. After Rogue One and Solo, many called for movies centering around Obi-Wan Kenobi or Boba Fett. Among this wish list of stand-alone movies was a film delving into Rogue Squadron, the elite Rebel X-Wing fighter squadron first named in The Empire Strikes Back. The devotion to this squadron felt by the fanbase stems not only from the original trilogy films, where they were front and center for many of the most climactic dogfights, but also from the Nintendo 64 game of the same name as well as Michael Stackpole's thrilling series of novels following the squad post-Endor. After a recent re-read of the first novel, X-Wing: Rogue Squadron, I got to thinking about how this exceptional book series could influence Patty Jenkins' upcoming Rogue Squadron film, which is set to release December 22, 2023.

How 'Star Wars: Visions' Fits Into Canon
Star Wars: Visions is just a couple of months away. Set to drop all at once on Disney+ September 22, the nine episodes of this anthology series will be in anime styles, having been made by multiple Japanese anime studios. While there is a lot of excitement for this collection, there is always the question of whether or not it may fit into canon. And we have somewhat of an answer. According to StarWars.com,

The 5 Most Influential People Behind 'Star Wars' That You Don't Know Of
When George Lucas first sat down with his idea for a space opera in the early 1970s, he had no idea the phenomenon it would become, giving rise to many movies, television series, books, comics, etc. Obviously, Lucas did not create this epic saga all by himself. There were others who helped contribute to its success. For example, John Williams’ soundtrack added to the atmosphere for the galaxy far, far away, which we have all come to love. In no particular order, here are the five most influential people behind Star Wars that you (probably) do not know about.

The Many Voices Of Mark Hamill
When one mentions the name Mark Hamill, who do you instinctively think of? I bet it's Luke Skywalker. Hamill played the famous farmboy turned Jedi in George Lucas's original Star Wars trilogy and returned to reprise the role, much to many fans' excitement, in Disney's sequel trilogy. However, despite being known all around the world for this one role, Hamill is actually even more famous than many realize, just not as an "onscreen actor." The reason for this is because some of his most famous roles involve his voice only.
