Figure AI Found a Robot Scaling Law. 56% of the Time.
In robotics, 56% is an awkward number. It is high enough for Figure AI to say it found a “robotics version of the scaling law.” It is low enough for rivals to say the system cannot generalize. Helix 2.5 sits on that number: 420 tests, 237 successes, a 56% full-task success rate. Supporters see a jump from 9% to 56%. Critics see 183 failures.

I Stopped Sending Files to Myself After Testing Doubao's New Keyboard
Messaging yourself is normal now. You see a link on your phone, send it to File Transfer Assistant, then copy it on your laptop. You save an address on your computer, then send it back to your phone before leaving. Photos, passwords, and browsing history sync. The sentences you need still get stuck on one screen.

I Tested Claude Sonnet 5.5’s Writing. It’s a Reviser, Not a Creator.
At 4 a.m., in a convenience store, an old man does not arrive. That was the prompt. Opus 5.5 wrote a driver buying Red Bull, a cat tripping the motion sensor, and a clerk counting lighters before closing the drawer. Sonnet 5.5 wrote an old man with a worn left cuff, a back turning left, and a streetlight going out. Both versions work. The difference is the ending. Opus puts the feeling inside an ordinary action. Sonnet puts it inside a designed image.

Understanding Modern Digital Printing Technologies
Digital printing has changed the way customized products are produced. From personalized clothing to signs and promotional materials, modern printing systems allow designs to be transferred from digital files to physical products with relatively little preparation. Among the technologies used today, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), and ultraviolet (UV) printing have become important parts of the digital printing landscape.

Xiaomi’s Privacy Screen Is a Feature You Can’t Escape
In September 2026, Xiaomi launched the 18 Pro series. The main selling point was a hardware privacy screen. It was supposed to set the phone apart from every other Android flagship. Once users got it in their hands, the feature became a liability. Lei Jun’s Weibo comment section filled with the same request: Can you release a version without the privacy screen?

I Put a Mac mini in My TV Cabinet and Let It Run My House
A Mac mini in the TV Cabinet: One Machine, Four Jobs When I took the M5 Pro Mac mini out of the box, it was smaller than the photos suggested. I could hold it in one hand. Under a monitor stand, it nearly disappears. I put it on the second shelf of my TV cabinet with a router and an optical modem. That shelf was already full. Adding the Mac mini still left room.
